Yes... it's food grade, but it does say "Do not ingest" on the label (probably due to insurance reasons in case people don't dilute it properly).

Looks like a nice product. We plan on using this (diluted) for our microgreens to control mold and help with seed germination. Also plan to use this (diluted) on plants in the garden to control powdery mildew.

Hydrogen Peroxide is useful as a cleaner/antiseptic for hard surfaces as well as an oxygen bleach for fabrics and
such. Baking soda moistened with a little peroxide makes a great scouring powder that is safer than chlorine bleach containing powders (think Comet). chlorine bleach is a little more toxic, but wear rubber gloves because, at this concentration, peroxide will bleach your skin! There are also dietary uses for food-grade peroxide, but you should research that on your own.

I used to order 35% hydrogen peroxide and dilute it for all my cleaning and disinfecting needs in the household. Couldn't find that anywhere, but this was the next best option. definitely powerful. Sizzles and fizzles when I pour it into my blueberry and raspberry soak water in the mornings. It makes me feel safer knowing that any bacteria or mold that might be hiding in my berries is going to get knocked out . Happy with the product

Only drink food grade H2O2 without any additives. Add a tsp or less (sometimes a few drops is all that's necessary) to any beverage, hot or cold. It adds extra oxygen to the blood and also kills parasites in the digestive tract. I drink roughly 3-4 tsps. per day and I feel great.
