Everything went smoothly

(MY EXPERIENCE WITH AMAZON SUPPORT)I had been chatting with Amazon support for an hour trying to get my Fire Stick working again. They gave me the same instructions that I had already followed from the support site. After several failed attempts I was then told that my device was outside the replacement warranty by about a week, meaning I would need to buy a new Fire Stick. I was furious!

I was then asked for the serial number of my device, so I went back thru my orders and discovered that I purchased the protection plan on my 4k stick. I called the number, they located my account and it took a few mins and the rep started my claim. I was worried because I saw so may bad reviews from people saying that they couldn't locate the account the Stick was attached to. But I knew what email my protection plan was under and was able to confirm the serial number and was good to go!

I bought this for my Firestick and now my Firestick stopped working and I cannot access this coverage. Anyone at Amazon listening???? I would love some customer service

Received the item, plugged it into my computer and started following directions. After searching for the correct responses according to the instructions for 30 minutes, I went back and started again. Didn't help. Either my computer doesn't have the correct responses, or the guidance from the stick needs to be corected to match the computer. So now I have an $80 pice of plastic that doesnt work sticking in my computer

My husband lost his remote. Left in hotel and never was found. Bummed they don’t cover list remote. Bought him a new fire stick for Christmas because remote was so expensive. Unless your moving this around a lot or not on a surge protector not really needed.

Actuality, for me, it was a waist of my 💵. All of our TV's are smart TV's. So I can go to the Amazon Prime App on any of them & get the same thing. So if you have a smart TV, save your money 💵.

just not cool to charge for a service on a product I have not yet received. To date, 12/4/2021, i have not received this device. Yet, my warranty protection plan is ticking away. It truly should not be activated UNTIL I RECEIVE this device. Most unfortunate for the consumer for sure. 2 yrs ...minus a few days...

Dealing with Square Trade was a headache. I needed a replacement remote control and it was like pulling teeth. It's a remote for the Amazon Fire Stick, not a remote for a nuclear missile. And then the rep tried to tell me how I'm supposed to speak. Anything under $100 is not worth the protection plan.
