I have gotten this ground ginger with Whole Foods delivery. The 365 Everyday Value “store brand” has consistently given me an excellent product. This is no exception.
I mostly use ground/powdered ginger as part of seasoning a stir fry. Usually a veggie stir fry along with some sesame oil and a little GF soy sauce. Bok choy is my go-to for the bulk veggie but add almost anything I have on hand as well. The results are excellent and with an air fryer that has a stirrer accessory it’s really easy to make. Yummy good every time. It’s also nice on roasted Brussels sprouts along with a drizzle of olive oil and a little salt and pepper. So many way a little ground ginger can add a little zing to a dish!
I’m very happy with the quality and the price is quite reasonable. I like that it’s organic too. So I’m giving it 5 stars for making my many home cooked meals more interesting during our long COVID-19 social distancing.
