Good coarse table sugar. Not for baking but good for coffee if you need some. Anyways sugar is sugar and there is no healthy sugar, don't be fooled. Just pick right type of sugar for your needs. On my opinion cane sugar has a little bit more caramel notes.
This sugar has become more bleached compared to the original product sold by Whole Foods. It used to be a darker color and with more depth/molassey scent. Amazon, you should bring back the old product.
This sugar has huge grains and is super sweet / off ratio for baking purposes. This is best used as a table sugar for coffee, etc. I was completely out of granulated sugar and tried this to make cookies. Sickly sweet and the sugar doesn’t dissolve properly during creaming.

Superfine sugar is called Caster Sugar.
If you gave a food processor, DONT ‘PAY EXTRA”.
Take a bag of Dimino or another good quality sugar and pulse several times to create Superfine or Caster Sugar is great for meringues, French Macarons (NOT AMERICAN COCONUT MACAROONS), icing and ice creams. By whipping it in a food processor you destroy all of the graininess in regular sugar. You can also make Powdered (Icing or Confectionery) sugar with cornstarch but the texture is better from Amazon Fresh or other store bought.
