Update: the seller reached out to me after learning what happened and offered to send me a new one in its place which was very generous but I had already replaced it with one from a local store to comfort my son; who didn’t understand why he couldn’t use this one. While the product didn’t work out for us I would recommend the seller as they tried to remedy the situation and help the best they could.My autistic son loves bounce houses and jumping so I bought this as a surprise. At first I had high hopes for this but upon inflating it discovered it had two slits in the slide and several areas had the seams unraveling. Returning will try again hopefully with better results.

I hade been checking on price for this item over a year cheapest one before I found this was $600 and I thought I was going to get a very little one I saw at toys are ur for $150 but to my surprise this jumper it's big and my big heavy 💪😁🥊boxer 19 year old son couldn't resist going in I really thought it was over for poor jumper but nope he enjoys laying there while 3 other kids jump around him

We set this up for my 4 year old’s birthday and it immediately had a hole the size of a hand in it. The Hole is in the bottom of the slide. I will be contacting the sellers immediately. So disappointed as we wanted to use this at my son’s birthday party and now we can’t.

***Update: I knew this product should be good based on the very high reviews and I am extremely impressed and pleased with the prompt customer service! Initially, our bounce house arrived with a hole in it and it was unusable, but the seller immediately sent a replacement once we notified them! I’m happy to say the replacement works perfectly and is exactly what we were looking for! Looking forward to hours of fun for our kids! I give this 5 stars now for sure!By BJager on January 17, 2020

Plenty big. Can hold several kids. Even my husband and I can get in and it still holds air really well! My kid loves it and all the other kids that come over and jump in it. Can’t wait to get it outside this summer!

My autistic son loves bounce houses and jumping so I bought this as a surprise. At first I had high hopes for this but upon inflating it discovered it had two slits in the slide and several areas had the seams unraveling. Returning will try again hopefully with better results.

We love this new bouncy castle! Our kids just adore it. It is very well made and all the seams are sewn and reinforced very well. We've been playing in it for almost a month now. Its easy to set up and take down - it puffs up in just a few minutes! It came with yard stakes, but we also set it up on our deck and it doesn't tip at all. Perfectly safe. Its really a perfect size for families and backyard fun. We've had 4 kids inside ranging in age from 13 to 2 and they all loved it! This bouncy castle is a great buy. I can see this being a total hit at the birthday parties we'll have in the next month or so!

This product is perfect for my 3yr old. It holds up well for 3 to 4 younger kids jumping. Fun all day long! The fabric is very sturdy and triple stitched. They provide the blower, the patch kit, the pegs and the bouncy castle of course. Very reasonable price for this quality product! I would buy again and will upgrade in a couple yrs.

It looks great. Lots of fun but first time we opened it it has holes in it - arrived yesterday night put it up this morning. They are small but causing it to not stay totally inflated. Worried about the long term durability of the product if I have to patch it on the first day , as it was not inexpensive. Looks like a manufacturing error as they are right by the seam. Tried to contact seller but it took me back to Amazon website. You like the seller to contact me please.
