Arlo Pro 2 camera not working

I bought the 3 year electronic's protection plan for my Arlo cameras in November. One of the cameras will not charge and I need to get a replacement. I have tried to submit a claim but no one is getting back to me, its been over a week. The process to do this is not clear and extremely frustrating. I do not need to entire system to be replaced just one camera. Your help would be appreciated.

If you bought the contract separate from the product, you need to call to register

the Asurion websites says you don't need to register a product, but If you don't buy them in the same transaction, yes you do!
Before reordering the item with the support contract and doing a return. I called Amazon support.
The person sounded underwater (poor phone line quality), but helpful. She said it was not necessary to do a new order to add a support contract as the last Amazon Support person told me through chat. She had me search for: ASURION 3 Year Electronics Protection Plan with Tech Support $350-399.99 and buy that alone. Once I received the email confirmation from Asurion, I had to call Asurion to have the item registered with the contract. Registering the item with the contract was a frustrating task. Online they tell you that it is not necessary to register.an item I called anyway since that was what Amazon support instructed me to do and there was no way to connect the contract to the item since they were purchased separately. Once I got an human, he started to tell me the same thing. I stressed that they were purchased separately, what associates the 2 items? He figured out what I was saying and went on to add the product information to the contract. No repurchase or return needed to add a contract! Hope this helps someone.
So far, I'm happy that I did not have to return the item and repurchase with a contract.
I can't rate how effective the contract is since I have not made a claim yet. I hope it is better than some of the feedback here

I would hive a 0 but they did at least try to help me. Read all the terms and conditions before buying. If you hsve for example a ps3 pro and one roach gets in and system breaks Asurion will not cover it. If water spills on it no covrage. So be careful and readall of it

Worthless until Manufacture Warranty expires

I purchased this plan to cover an Ice making machine for 3 years. It broke in 3.5 months and when I called Asurion they said they could do Nothing!!! until the manufacture warranty expired. Their only suggestion was call manufacture. Manufacture after tech by phone failed to help said send it back. Since it was past 3 months by 10 days I would have to repack and pay for shipping to California. Shipping was not inexpensive. Much higher than the cost of this worthless plan. Asurian did not offer and tech support as stated in their policy and they did not connect me to the manufacture. As it was finally determined that a power surge caused the overheat situation and replacement by the manufacture the Asurian policy about Power sure is also worthless since they provided no tech support to determine that this was the issue. I don't even know if this worthless coverage will still be in effect with the replacement machine I am waiting to get. I currently now have 5 active policies with this company thru Amazon and I wonder what good they will be if problems develop.

Sent My XBOX One X to Be Repaired and They Didn't Fix the Problem

I asked to get the console fixed because it kept losing connection after a few minutes when it was wired using a LAN cable. I sent it in to be repaired, they sent it back REALLY quickly, and when I tested it, the problem wasn't fixed. Because of how quickly they sent it back I was skeptical. I clearly need a new XBOX One X, and they clearly did not test to see if it worked before they sent it back. Terrible warranty service. If you are going to buy an XBOX One X, buy from GameStop. Their warranty service is fantastic and I've NEVER had an issue with them. They ask what was wrong with it and that is all. No problems. Even Best Buy is great with warranties. Either of the two are great. Asurion is a nightmare and I will never purchase another warranty from them again.

My 18-year-old Vizio was acting up and about to die, about time. I bought this because of the price and picture quality - 4 k. I saw this TV at a couple of retailers and was very impressed. The other TVs were all $ 200 more. After mounting and trying to set it up took a while, close to an hour and a half. It's connected to a satellite box which added some time. After that a very nice image. I still need to pair the Direct TV remote, later. I bought the tv at Amazon because of the price and points from ecards I had on the books. It was delivered in perfect condition to the door.

Doesn't cover broken screens

This is quite a plan they try to offer. If you buy a laptop, it doesn't cover a broken screen, but if you buy an RC car, it will cover drops and spills and cracked screens. Its unbelievable but I read it with my own eyes. Seems like these plans are a joke and a definite waste of money. I say it walks the line of fraud

I bought this for a TiVo Edge almost a year ago. When I started having problem with the Edge I contacted TiVo support, after all their suggestions did not work they said I needed a replacement Edge. The cost thru TiVo was $49.00. Before I paid another $49.00 I called Asurion. I had purchased their "3 Year Electronics Protection Plan with Tech Support". Asurion said that the Edge not working was not covered by the plan. So I'm not sure what was covered. Asurion's answer to my problem was to connect me with TiVo's customer service. I didn't need to pay $33.99 for that.
