To be honest I didn't think it was going to go well in my favor. I thought I would be asked for something from 1-1/2 years back that I didn't keep.... a #, or invoice, packaging... something to give them an opportunity to say, "Sorry, not covered now" BUT all they asked was a bit of info and for me to box it up and send it back.
Once I did, I got an e-mail saying they would credit me back on Amazon and they did... WOW. Yep it was that easy. THANK YOU Asurion!!! Now whenever I have the opportunity I will always consider adding this to my purchase.
