Great product however the “waterproof” in the title is VERY misleading. It should say water resistant because I wanted a watch I could wear in the shower so I never had to take it off. Looking into the watch details is clearly states “do not wear while swimming or in the shower” which is exactly the type of watch I wanted :(

Ordered this warranty protection plan with a set of headphones for my toddler. I know NOW what this warranty is attached to. In six months, I will have no clue. Why, you ask? Because there is no note, no details, anywhere about what this warranty is attached to. It could be attached to something I ordered at the same time for my other family member. So, how in the world am I supposed to use this warranty if I ever need to? The order # refers to the warranty. There are no notations anywhere showing what it is actually covering. Almost makes one wonder if its a blanket warranty, for all electronics purchased, but for three dollars, that is not possible. There needs to be more details included in the email and/or the description under 'orders'. I've looked everywhere and there is no direction at all anywhere. So, in six months, I will be wondering why I ordered this and what in the world it applies to.

I tried to file a claim for a fitness watch I purchased and was told the product isn’t listed as a covered item. But I was given the option for this insurance at checkout? They supposedly still filed the claim, but I never heard back.

I purchased this protection plan to go with a pair of low cost earbuds. When the earbuds stopped working on one side, I filed a claim. They denied the claim - stating that "This issue may be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty." MAY BE?? Then - "Please contact the manufacturer to take advantage of the coverage you may already have for this product." So I am to contact someone else for a "may be" and Asurion has no idea if this is the solution I need. No contact info provided to the manufacturer or any other assistance. What did I pay for if I file a claim but get no assistance/help or compensation? NOTHING is what I got.

Maybe I had a bad experience, but I have 2 separate experiences with this company.
The 1st is through Amazon when I bought the plan. No issues. Everything went smooth.
The 2nd is through Asurion. I have mixed reaction to them. To file a claim was simple & easy to do. I was sent a gift card for the purchase amount to replace the item. Everything went perfectly.
The problem I had comes in when I tried inquire about add the replacement item to the plan. Well it took 3-4 days, no problem. The issue I ran into was when I tried to inquire about how to add the item to the plan.
I emailed becuase there is no number to call. It took a while for someone to get back to me & when they did, they told me I needed to contact Amazon for that. Struck me as a little odd, but I didn't thing nothing of it. The representative for Asurion gave me a number that led me to be scammed. I ended being charged for something more than once & had to cancel & replace that card.
I knew it was a scam becuase when I asked the person during sign up would there be an email sent to me that would allow me to cancel whatever I signed up for, they said yes but no email was ever sent. Then I tried calling the number back, I got hung up on & blocked.
So yes I have mixed reviews about this company. On one hand it was great as far as the product, on the hand it's absolutely horrible as far as the customer service.

There is no tech support help. When you try to call or do the online chat it's just a robot. I never was able to talk to an actual agent which was extremely frustrating.

Garbage. I bought $30 headphones off amazon and decided to do the protection plan. The headphones stopped working after a few months. I called amazon first, they referred me to Samsung, samsung referred me to asurion. Asurion had me on the phone for over half an hour and then sent me right back to Samsung. Called amazon again, they called asurion and everything seemed to be worked out after an hour on the phone. They said they’d call back within 3 days. Never got a call. 10/10 would not recommend this garbage protection plan company. Scam.

I never received an email as stated for this 3 year warranty...when I try to contact seller..it only says :Error " what's the deal!

Got called at 6 a.m. this morning Sunday to once again go over the not sorking set that I want refunded or replaced! My husband could not understand the person on the phone, heavy middle eastern accent! I spoke to them on Friday, they were to call my son back on Saturday that did not happen as they scheduled with him, purchased for him, we share a AMAZON account......wonder how long this takes, will not buy anymore electronics on AMAZON, as I always seem to get it in the end :(
