I just filed a claim for a gaming chair that fell apart:

We bought this chair for our son Nov 2020 for Christmas. After reading the reviews, I wasn't completely sold on the sturdiness of the chair, but I couldn't afford the more expensive ones. I decided to purchase the Allstate 3-year Indoor Furniture Accident Protection plan for peace of mind which was advertised with the chair.
I made sure to save the email I received after the purchase of this insurance just in case.
Sure enough, after a few months the chair seams started to come apart on the backrest, then the left arm started to loosen, and the headrest leather started to crack horribly. The arm finally broke (metal brace snapped) yesterday. I filed the claim yesterday afternoon and had a resolution today (in this case, it could not be repaired so we are getting a monetary refund).
VERY VERY pleased with the ease of filing the claim...a few emails from them, sent some pictures...done! What's nice is that you can always pull up your invoice from purchased items on Amazon, so uploading the receipt was easy as well. Well worth the little bit of money :)
