Wow, hydrogen peroxide

Ya know, I never thought I'd write and leave a review for hydrogen peroxide but it's 2019 and here I am. When I was a kid and would get a cut or scrape, my mom would pour this magic foaming liquid on my broken skin and I would marvel at the strange chemical reaction that would occur in my open wound. Now, as an adult, I'll say I don't use this for treating wounds, but rather to soak my menstrual cup each month. It performs that specific duty perfectly. In the instance I ever get a cut, I now have this stuff to back me up.

Strange , it was delivered with the inside seal intact but missing a actual cap on the bottle.
The cap was not even in the package at all.

Ok the taste I gave a low grade because well it's hydrogen peroxide, but it has very little taste. The main thing I use it for is gargling, because it is good for your mouth. The thing that keeps me getting it is it whitens teeth very fast. You will see a big difference in one use. Keep using it and your teeth will get bright white fast, AND FOR VERY CHEAP. I have tried several whitening products, including toothpaste, and nothing compares except very costly teeth whitening at the dentist. THERE IS A BIT OF BURN THE FIRST USE BUT YOUR MOUTH WILL QUICKLY ADJUST AND THE BURN FEELING WILL STOP HAPPENING , P.S. WHEN YOU RINSE WITH WATER THE BURN FEELING STOPS INSTANTLY. ONE LAST THING ONLY USE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE THAT SAYS IT IS OK FOR GARGLEING OR YOU CAN DAMAGE THE TOOTH ENAMEL.

At a time when sanitizing, disinfectant’s were hard to come by in the stores (COVID-19) it was nice being able to order a needed product my family uses daily as part of our dental hygiene routine.
I will say in my opinion though (and reason for 4 star grade) I don’t feel it is as strong as it’s equal 3% solution I buy in the store. Expiration was still over a year out. Don’t get me wrong it still bubbles but just seems less intense.

Where's the peroxide?

I opened this today (seal was intact) and applied to a deep cat scratch and there was no foam, no peroxide smell, nothing. I poured some in the palm of my hand to further inspect it and again, no foam but it did feel like it had saline in it. I then tasted a drop of it and it tasted like 100% water. I still used it to clean out the scratch but if it actually disinfected it I have no idea. At the very least the scratch was cleaned out with water and saline which is better than nothing.
