Bought this for my new INSIGNIA remote. It fit perfectly. Just make sure when purchasing where your power button is located. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Doesn't glow in the dark

I thought this would be helpful for the dark. But unless you have it sit under a very bright light all day it will not glow at all in the dark. It needs light and then it only glows dimly for a fraction of time. So that was pointless. For the price, definitely not worth it. There are others that fit the same remote for half the price. Also the glow in the dark shows a 2 tone color of blue and neon green. I thought it would be those colors. It is actually an almost transparent blue. It's supposed to get neon green I guess when it glows. But it has never ever gotten that bright.
Completely a waste of money for what I wanted it for. The remote has been lost numerous times since purchase as it doesn't glow in the dark.

Don't lose your fire remote again

I bought a new Toshiba Fire TV last fall which comes with the fire remote of course. Its such a sleek remote and it being black as well, so very easy to slip into the couch or chair and never to be seen again. Or ya know, just sitting on the table but it blends so well very hard to see. So I chose this remote cover and it does exactly what I need it to do, fit perfectly, now it stands out so I can spot it more easily, and the texture makes it easier to grip and harder to slip into couch and chair creases. Haven't lost it again yet.

This little red number made my new remote sleek and very easy to keep track of!
With the silicon, the darn remote never slides off the table into a waste basket, off the arm of my chair onto the floor. It stays right where I put it.
If you are in the habit of losing remotes, this little gem is a must-have!

The tiny little black remotes that come with these TVs easily camouflage themselves to blend into their environment. They occupy a wide range of natural habitats. Hiding between couch cushions, lurking in the darkness under furniture, burrowing into blankets, and most cleverly, hiding in plain sight due to its absence of striking patterns and diminutive size. This adds bright color and grip, thus making a once elusive creature quite simple to capture.

Does what it’s intended to do. Makes the remote much easier to grip and gives the remote a little more girth to feel like you’re actually holding something in your hand. Prior to having this cover on, it always felt like trying to hold on to a small wet fish. A little pricey for what it is, but overall very happy with it. Thick enough that it feels like it will hold up over time. One tip for getting it on to the remote... slide the remote in from the top of the case.

I’ve had this item for a couple of weeks now and I’m quite pleased with it. The fit on my remote is excellent and it doesn’t slip around or inhibit use of the buttons. It’s also a fairly thick cover so it makes the remote a bit easier to handle. It’s a little pricey for what it is, but I’m happy with the purchase overall.

This is a great remote case! Make sure you’re purchasing the correct one, I saw on many reviews that it didn’t fit their remotes but you need to pay attention to where your power button is on your remote and see if it’s the correct one. Great material, beautiful color (red) and I would highly recommend.
