Expensive for what it is but I can’t find it in stores around me. Essentially I paid for the shaker container and I will keep refilling it so I have a waterproof container to use baking soda to wash my pans. Also, even though there were two seals on the lid, it opened during shipping and everything in the shipment had a film of baking soda dust all over it. Amazon should probably package it in a plastic bag. Box was leaking baking soda all over my floor

Let's face it, baking soda is baking soda. But sometimes I want to sprinkle it on the rug before I vacuum. This container can sprinkle. The lid will easily come on and off to scoop with a measuring spoon. It will also close just fine. I'm on my second container already. It's my new fave way of storing baking soda in my spice cupboard. I will buy it like this again for sure.

Why in the @&$! would they mark one 12 oz container of baking soda for $6.47? I misread and am now completely ripped off. I can get 16 oz for $.77 cents. I guess I thought I was getting a large bottle or multiple bottles. What a rip off and scam!

I leave it in the shower to use it to brush my teeth with. I use it before I turned the water on, close it then turn the shower on and shower, well it was good for about 3 weeks but then somehow water got inside while closed and it solidified the baking soda inside. They should make the lid more secure!

Believe it or not, this makes the best face scrub out there. A dermatologist recommended it to me and my skin has never been better! Just mix it with a few drops of water to make a paste, rub all over your face for about 30 seconds and rinse. I have incredibly sensitive and dry skin and this doesn't irritate my face at all.

I'd buy it just for that - and this canister version is perfect to keep in the shower - but baking soda is good for so many things! Its definitely a staple in my home.

I guess just about everyone uses baking soda for one thing or another, but this CONTAINER is far superior to the traditional cardboard box. You can leave this on your sink -- free of worry about getting the box wet and rendering it useless -- and it's great to use as "shaker" when you apply it for cleaning, etc. (MUCH easier than shaking it out in "clumps" from the cardboard box.)
For some reason, I can't find the shaker version in any of my local stores; I'm so glad I can still get this through Amazon!
