I LOVE the feel of this! Each key is exactly where it should be. Every key press has a softer click but I wouldn't say is silent. The backside is the brushed metal which gives it the sturdy and professional feel. it is VERY lightweight, but the grips on the back keep it from sliding around on a flat surface. There is no palm rest so I have just pushed the board up a couple inches. Nothing to complain about there. It comes almost fully charged and uses the provided USB cable to recharge. Which I think is AWESOME because there is no reason to buy and replace batteries. It is incredibly responsive and just a joy to work on.
I have purchased MANY keyboards. This replaced the bulky gaming keyboard that was just too much work to use. i prefer the short X keys over the mechanical ones any day!
Ill DEFINITELY be purchasing another for the other machine!
UPDATE: May 1st 2020 - Still going strong and still incredibly satisfied 😊
I had some problems with the first keyboard I got (key sensitivity issues), and Arteck's service team was quick to reach out to me about it. The issue was covered by the warranty and I received a replacement keyboard in two days (wow!). I'm pleased to say that the replacement is MUCH better; it doesn't have any of the issues I encountered with the previous keyboard.
At the risk of sounding like an endorsement, I gotta give my thanks to Arteck and their service team for their hard work.

EDIT 1**: After leaving this review, Arteck customer service contacted me, unsolicited, regarding my concerns. They offered to send a replacement
They were very friendly and fast and offered to replace the item at no cost, including shipping. I have updated this review from a 3 to a 4 simply for the GREAT customer service. I will update when the new products arrives and I am able to review.

If you are a relatively fast typer than the keyboard will mis stokes. Especially on double leter strokes. I am typing this on my keyboard now, and not corecting ay of the erors that it causes. Especially on double leter strokes.
The keybard looks great. I really like the fel of the keycaps and it is not too loud. It des get frustrating though, having to go back and corect wods that were typed correctly.
I was looking for a keyboard that was similar to the Apple keyboard that I had been using. While this isn't quite the same, it's pretty close. You can use the keyboard while it's recharging (they provided a charging cable). The keyboard is very light and minimal (which I was looking for). I did have issues with the initial keyboard that I received. It seemed like the 'G' key was less responsive than the other keys, so I reached out to the seller.
The seller provided excellent customer service. They promptly remedied the issues by sending me a replacement. The replacement seems to work as I would expect. I can definitely recommend this keyboard. If for some reason you do have issues, the seller seems to really stand behind their product.

I bought this keyboard as I needed a wireless keyboard for my Mac. Despite this being a Windows keyboard, everything worked perfectly fine (I have a Windows machine too).
I'm not sure about whether this works on Windows (as I never tried it), but if you're using a Mac you can tap the lock key at the end of the function key row and have the media control keys become your primary choice, instead of having to hold the FN key before tapping the function keys (to change a track, for example). I must also mention that the track skip and play/pause keys do NOT work unless you're in the iTunes app or using the Finder. Any other apps do not allow you to change tracks, as far as I know.
The build quality of this keyboard is absolutely fantastic. I had quite low expectations, considering I had never heard of this brand before and also factoring in the low price. Even at its recommended price, the build quality is on par with keyboards from larger brands which cost considerably more.
The feel of the keys is sublime. The travel may be short, but if you have ever used mem-chanical keyboard before with shallow keys, this is perfectly fine. It is reminiscent of the keyboards you find in older MacBook Air models, which is a fair comparison as they both use scissor switches. The only difference is this keyboard is a little bit shallower than the keyboards found on MacBook Air models that predate the Butterfly keyboard. I guess you could say the key travel is a midpoint between the old MacBook scissor switch keyboards and the Butterfly mechanisms found on the newer models.
Battery life is not something I can comment on at the time of writing, as I haven't had the keyboard long enough. I have heard that it takes 2 hours (at most) to fully charge, and can last for 250 hours of continuous typing, or 6 months of realistic use. This is not what I would class as a trade-off, as if you use your keyboard frequently you can always charge it up overnight, while you're having dinner or not using the system for other reasons. I must also mention that the keyboard can be used whilst it's charging, so the time it takes to charge is not worth worrying about.
I was impressed that this keyboard even came with a Micro USB cable. They are ridiculously cheap and most people who would buy this kind of thing would have loads of spares anyway. On this note, the cable is rather short at roughly 2 feet long but it's a bonus that it even includes one in the first place.
The only slight nit-pick that I could possibly make is that the keyboard charges via Micro USB. I shouldn't need to explain why this is an issue, but I will sum it up really quickly: the port is not reversible, the cable itself has 2 prongs which can wear or be snapped off, and the port can get worn over time which can make a connection so loose that it becomes unusable. Considering the price it would cost to add a USB type C connection instead (which literally costs a few pence more), it really baffles me why this keyboard doesn't adopt the vastly superior connector. This is one small gripe that doesn't drastically affect my overall review of the product.
In conclusion, this keyboard is absolutely fantastic and I'm really glad that I picked this one up. The keys are extremely stable, the travel is satisfying if you love clicky keyboards, the actuation force is minimal so there is less risk of RSI (repetitive strain injury) on your fingers and wrists from typing, and the build quality rivals much more expensive counterparts.
Overall, I would give this thing a solid 9.8 out of 10. The only room for improvement would be to include a USB-C connection instead.

The keyboard is slick, light, with anti sliding rubber underneath and metal on the bottom side of it, that makes it feel premium. Funny enough, the keyboard fits perfectly on top of my laptop if I need more space on the desk, as shown in my pictures.
I haven't had to charge it once yet, so I've nothing to complain aboout when it comes to battery life. In terms of speed of typing Vs input into your computer, the keyboard got connected almost instantly the first time I plugged it in and it's been working as fast as my laptop inbuilt keyboard, without ANY delays.
The keys are perfect size for my fingers, the indicators on top for different features like Function Lock or Caps Lock etc are super handy having them where they are, also in different colours. You see which features are on and off with just glancing them rather than having to look directly at them. The power switch is very handy, although it would be nice if it was lit up when on as well, but that's minor
Overall, value for money and a top notch product. Would totally recommend!

As an experienced touch-typer (~100wpm), I really know what kind of a keyboard I want, and my priorities are a short key 'dip' and a resistance that lets me 'feel' that I pressed the key far enough. This one feels like its been literally tailored for me. I have just done the WPM test, and scored 115wpm. That's 15wpm improvement over my previous tests (which went anywhere between 98wpm and 103wpm)
The keyboard itself is very thin, so thin that it makes me wonder if its fragile or not - but it seems quite sturdy. I don't know how long the battery will last, but I don't really care.
The keys are very much standard, so a programmer won't have to worry about important keys being hidden behind Fn key or whatever.
All in all - if you type for living, you want a keyboard with short dip and good resistance, and you're reading comments to figure out whether you should buy this or not - look no further. I'm considering ordering another one just as a backup if this one fails.

UPDATED REVIEW AFTER 1 month use:
If you’re actually going to constantly use this keyboard ..for school, work, etc, don’t bother. This keyboard worked perfectly until I actually needed it. I had a paper due for my masters program, and it stopped working. It would type sometimes and when it wants to. I charged it for a whole day because it was acting up the other day. Took me an hour trying to reconfigure it, then gave up because my paper was due in 3 hrs. This was beyond frustrating especially because my grades were on the line ....
——————————
I bought this to use for my 2018 MacBook Pro. Works great for these reasons:
- Easy setup with Mac
- this is indeed a UK keyboard setup
- buttery keys!! Love the feel, watch video!
- I was worried there was no lifting/elevation option but the keyboard is already raised enough, it’s perfect
- grip technology, the keyboard will not move unless you move it intentionally
- only difference is the “Control” key will be the “Fn” key but you can change that on System Preferences- doesn’t bother me because I use Windows at work
- slick, clean look
- I could not justify a £120 apple keyboard and this is the perfect substitute
Overall, brilliant, affordable keyboard !

It can fully charged and was easy to pair to Windows 10 in literally seconds.
if I had one minor grip that I'll probably get used to would be the Enter Key, I keep hitting the # due to most keyboards having a double height enter.
I will say I did ask support a technical question and they got back to me within 24hrs and sorted a minor issue. This was a shortcut keystroke / Windows 10 Question, nothing to do with the keyboard itself.
The keyboard feels sturdy, solid, and I like the keystroke travel.
