My Sun Conure is a bit of a snob with toys but she has begun to really enjoy having this in her cage. Normally she doesn't play with anything, she was a older Bird when I adopted her and I think she probably never had toys to play with so finding anything that works has been a struggle. She totally ignored it at first but after several days has begun to climb and pull at the goodies. It is put together very well and I would highly recommend it.

This was a great size and looked to be well made. There is the issue of any cotton strings with birds and this has a few so you would need to cut the excess and keep a close eye. The clips it comes with are useless falls off the cage with any movement to the mat.. also I know it’s meant to be taken apart by the birds but it quickly became unraveled… I was debating if could even be returned or replaced as it only lasted one day hanging so I have a choice of removing all the toys and trying to to attach them to the cage some how or it’s a total loss of money.. maybe I just got a bad one and it’s a single parakeet baby playing with it just 3 months old. I don’t think it would last 5 minutes with my Green Cheek conure.

I’ve hung this on my parrot’s cage about one month ago. It took him about two days to get acclimated to it being in his space. He now plays with it everyday. The bells, wooden toys, burlap and shredding material has kept him entertained for long periods. It has held up really well, still looks like I just hung it. He can either climb on it and play, or sit on his perch and play. I would recommend it for your feathered friends.

The only reason I marked it to 4 instead of 5 stars is because there is cotton string making some of the toys. Cotton is a danger for birds, as it can create crop impaction and they can die without surgery to remove the blockage. I didn’t add on the cotton toys with the bells, and cut the cotton lengths hanging on the toy. Other than that, my birds love this.
Always watch your birds toys for safety.
