I don’t like pancakes.

But these?
Wow. They smelled so good when my husband was mixing them that i said ill take one. A small one. But ill take one.
To my surprise they tasted really good and they were not all mushy like the other brands i am used to seeing all soggy and rubbery. :::Gags::: not sure how these things became popular but thats just my opinion.
These though, were a little tough for my liking, but remember, that’s coming from someone who is not a huge fan of pancakes, so what do i know?
If i am this picky and think these were actually okay. I can only imagine what true bliss a true pancake eater would be in.
My husband and kids went on and on about how good these were and why havent we bought these sooner and i was there nibbling away at this pancake like a bird would not even realizing i was actually eating a pancake! So that was cool.
I really like how it comes with three separate bags. It helps to keep the remaining stock fresher for longer.
A little over priced if you ask me since one mornings worth for two teen kids and one adult and one small pancake for me used up an entire bags worth. I dont know how many were made in total, sorry. But I guess quality can be pricey and i would say these are great quality ingredients indeed .
Yes, i do recommend these. I will eat another one, probably not any time soon, but yes, I admit i will. 🥞

This is the first brand of blueberry pancake mix that ACTUALLY has Real Blueberries in the mix rather than "flavored bits".
The mix is easy to blend together and makes delicious, fluffy, moist pancakes. I ended up using the fresh berries to make a compote; instead of having to enhance to pancake mix. Definitely worth the higher price (less than buying buttermilk pancake mix Plus fresh blueberries). Best blueberry pancake mix ever, YUMMM!

We have just about every flavor of pancake mix from Birch Benders, we make them weekly for us and our kids. Entire family loves them and blueberry is one of their favorites. Super easy to make and come out great every time. Nice and fluffy with a consistent texture. We like that many of the ingredients are non-GMO, but would prefer a completely non-GMO or organic package like some of their other pancake mixes. Haven’t tried this specific mix as a waffle yet but their other flavors work great as waffles too.

These are absolutely terrible!!! We eat the regular pancake mix of this brand and it’s great but for whatever reason these taste of plastic! It literally tastes like someone melted the packaging directly into the batter. No one in our household will go near them and I strongly suggest you avoid this product. If I could give negative stars I would!

(this is for the blueberry) way better than I expected. usually simplicity is a trade-off with flavor, but not with this. and actual, whole blueberries that actually still taste like blueberries after whatever was done to them to make this mix. I recommend cooking them in butter-flavored crisco (which is, surprisingly, vegan)

I really can't stand it when I want to try a product for the first time and they force you to buy several. I do not like throwing food away, waste is horrible. But no way can I (or anyone in my family) eat this stuff, the absolute worst pancake/waffle mix I have ever had! So gross, tossed it all in the garbage!! (and no, I am not a picky eater at all)
