From the manufacturer

For Bob Moore, it all started with a kernel of truth—a wheat kernel, that is. Back in the 1960s, Bob’s wife, Charlee, decided that she would feed her family nutritious whole grains, starting with an incredible loaf of whole wheat bread fresh from the oven. From the very beginning, Bob and Charlee focused on people over profit: their mission was to provide wholesome food to their customers, build close relationships with farmers and suppliers, and treat their employees with generosity and respect. Bob’s Red Mill is committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. People are the most valuable part of our company. The collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, self-expression, unique capabilities and talent that our employees bring to their work impacts and improves our culture, reputation and overall success. Our beautiful stone grinding mills are much like the ones used during early Roman times. Unlike high-speed steel rollers, our quartz millstones ensure the most nutritious parts of the whole grain remain, so we can pack wholesome goodness right into your bag. Because the millstones grind at a slow speed and cool temperature, the inherent nutrients and flavor of our grains are preserved .

Product Description

Bob's Red Mill works hard to ensure the highest quality by maintaining a close relationship with our products, every step of the way. Our relationship starts at the source-with the farmer who produces the grain. We maintain personal relationships with farmers all around the country and make an effort to visit their farms. Together, we ensure that we're offering the best product available, while always using best practices.

1.0 out of 5 stars FAKE! It’s not Bob’s red mill baking soda
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on September 15, 2019
So I got my baking soda yesterday, after searching for the best baking soda I found that American company Bob’s Red mill provide products all organic and best quality. I thought I will give a try and ordered it. I am very disappointed as I don’t think it’s real Bob’s Red mill baking soda because it’s so suspicious why would you put barcode sticker on a table where provides what’s in it and what amount. THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING should say sodium 12% or 11% which is pure sodium Bicarbonate but instead of finding this i had to try to peel off barcode sticker and it’s says salt instead of sodium, high amount 675mg so I wonder if in this packaging there’s any sodium bicarbonate left or I’m just going to use salt? I ordered two packs and one pack got little holes all over the packaging where it should be COMPLETELY SEALED! I paid quite a lot of money for these two little packs and when they finally arrived I got very disappointed. I am using and drinking soda for health benefits and I don’t think I can drink that as I could end up in a hospital! Please provide correct information for the people because packaging does not look the same as it says on your photo.

5.0 out of 5 stars 100 % natürlich gewonnenes Natriumhydrogencarbonat bzw. Natron (Baking Soda)
Reviewed in Germany on March 16, 2019
