This product is a price gouging hustle; don't buy it. I received two packages as advertised, wrapped and taped in a larger bag. One of the bags was opened with a clean cut like a box cutter, and the contents had spilled into the larger bag. I tested the contents to see if it was baking powder by mixing it with water and comparing that with some undiluted baking powder I had in my pantry. The opened bag does seem to contain some baking powder, but the contents appear to be cut, probably with cornstarch to make up the weight. Needless to say, I discarded the opened bag, so I paid $20 for 14 oz of baking powder. Amazon should refund me $10 per their product satisfaction guarantee, but guess what? They are no longer providing customer service by phone, and consumables like this are not refundable through the website.

False Advertising: NOT non-GMO and ineligible for return!

Do not buy this product if you are looking for non-GMO! I don’t know how they get away with this but the photo advertising the product says non-GMO. The product I received doesn’t say that anywhere. I chose this product because it said non-GMO and now i can’t return it because it says ineligible for return! How can they not accept returns when they’re falsely advertising their product???

The baking powder it’s self is great!
Getting the quantity that I thought I was ordering is a different story. It says it is a two pack but I only got one. Amazon said contact seller for any issues and seller said contact Amazon. Either way, I’m still missing one bag of my baking powder.

I like Bob's Red Mill baking powder since there is no added aluminum. This time I bought the baking powder and soda, too. It is a good value for the money, although I'm happy to pay a little extra for the quality.
