Best way to keep your body akaline

My Grandmother used to use baking soda for all ailments as it keeps your body akaline. If you body is acid; acid leads to inflammation, to pain, to disease so if you can't always eat veggies to keep your body akaline, use baking soda. I use it every time I feel sick. When I have a bladder infection; I take a tsp in a glass of water; in 5 minutes it is gone. When I had a tooth out I used this in the same way for the pain rather than taking pain pills! It does not have aluminun (which causes alzheimers). Love this stuff!
