Too much sodium

This product is really not good for you. I purchased it because of all the social media saying it is better than soy sauce and really it’s not. It has the same amount or more sodium than normal soy sauce. I am a nutritionist and not buying this again. It’s more expensive than just soy sauce and too much sodium to not be the real thing.

my brother makes fun of me and says I put this on everything I eat lol. he's kinda right but I mean, can you blame me? its a good salt substitute and an even better soy sauce substitute. I use it instead of salt on baked chicken and add spices and herbs and omg, unreal! doesn't taste like soy sauce at all, just like salty... liquid lol idk

Hole too big

They used to manufacture Bragg's with a small hole and so you used much less. Now it cannot be controlled and you can mess up your dish by it overpouring. This is deliberately done to double triple their income. The small bottle gets consumed too fast but appears to be the largest one available at Whole Foods at this time.

I learned to spray it over the cooked food and its a boost. I prefer this product because other soy sauces contain wheat and/or MSG.
I use it mainly in rices, veggies, poultry and sauces. Watch the sodium equivalent and play safe cooking, at the end it would be Oriental delicious!
