Bright colors nice variety

I love them!! I make my 2 year old son a little drawing of his favorite characters every night on his easel while he is in the shower with his daddy as well as a small goodnight message. ... well these work great. It comes with Pretty Bright colors. Nice variety. I have not had an issues with staining the board like I've read. I usually just use a baby wipe to clean the easel and it's totally fine - but it's only up less than 24 hrs b4 I erase it so I'm not sureif it would stain if it was left longer maybe?? I like the tips (kind of round) i guess a sharper tip would be nice, but I'm fine with this . Anyway I love them!

STAINS THE DRY ERASE BOARDS!!

These are AWFUL! The red and blue have stained 2 of our boards at the house and my new dry erase magnetic fridge chart. I am extremely upset about it. Will be returning. Too bad my boards are shot and I will be having to buy new ones. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. The first picture is my kids board after scrubbing and trying to clean for 10 minutes, and it is ruined! The second I wanted to see if it did the same to a small part of another board and it stained even after immediately wiping off!! Horrible product.

So far, so good.
Bright colors.
I needed it when my wet erase (these are DRY erase, I know) marker for my refrigerator white board went dry. They're bright. Bullet point tip, so not as sharp as I'm used to. Strong magnet so far. Having to align both caps so far doesn't seem like a huge issue.

Love these markers! Just received them a few days ago, but they are amazing!! Lots of color options and all work great. The red leave a slight tinge on the white board after dry wiping it, but nothing that would make me not buy them again. The caps have magnets on them so you can keep the markers on your board, place the caps in board while using the marker ( so convenient to not lose them!). See my photo for color accuracy - would definitely recommend!!!

Edit/Update: Two years later, I'm still using the same set. Some of the magnets have started to fall off now and the tips are getting bad, so I am here to order a new set. Great pens! I use them daily for a chore-board.

Tip: Hang them sideways so the ink doesn't fall into one color or the other, or hang it so that the color you like best is hanging facing down, and it will be nice and bright when you go to use it.

Original Review: I am very happy with these. All the colors are vibrant and useful. Magnets are strong enough to hold them to fridge, they wipe off well (red can stain a little, but still comes off). No odor, erasers work. Would recommend and buy again.

Superb set of dri-erase markers!!

Dri-erase markers don’t get any better than this U-Brands set. Initially, I bought a set from a different manufacturer for young school-age kids to draw with. They wanted a yellow marker for their masterpieces and that color is hard to come by in dri-erase markers. I finally found the U-brands set which has the yellow marker they wanted and lots more. Each marker has two great colors and a felt eraser on the caps. They have good magnets if you need to stick them on a mounted board, but my kiddos use them in the car. This has been a great activity that they look forward to on short and long trips. I was amazed when they excitedly chose this to pass the time instead of having their eyes glued to e-tablets. We enjoy playing hangman with their spelling words, have art contests, and draw all sorts of things that come up in car convos (i.e. weather, holidays, landmarks, vehicles) It’s fun to hear what they’re thinking and see what they create. I keep the markers and a few 9 x 12 whiteboards in a zippered pouch, along with a soft rag for big erasing jobs. *Alcohol based hand wipes work very well too and help clean messy fingers or a stray mark on the auto upholstery. These markers have a lot of miles on them because I keep them in the car most of the time, but they don’t seem to be drying out. I can’t say enough good things about the U-Brands set. IMO they are an excellent choice whatever your purpose for buying them. The efficient design and wide spectrum of colors took our family’s whiteboard activities to a new level. I would give this product 10 stars if possible!

Great Dry Erase Markers -- Purple is VERY difficult to erase

This is the second time I ordered this product. (We use a LOT of dry erase markers in this family). This time, the package arrived damaged and the Red end of the marker was cracked and leaking. However, the black is still useable and I chalk this up to shipping issues and not issues with the product itself. I would recommend this product. They are quality dry erase markers and the magnets allow for easy storage (on the dry erase board itself) and I don't have to worry about losing them. The purple is VERY stubborn and difficult to erase (use some elbow grease), so I tend to avoid using the purple but other than that, this is a quality product and VERY reasonably priced.

They are hefty. One thing I didn’t realize is that there is an a eraser on each end of the pens. I really like that. When I write with each pen I don’t notice a smell. If put the tip up to my nose then yes I can smell its distinct smell. Writing with them is nice. The red doesn’t clean up as nicely as others have described. It leaves a slight red haze after using the eraser and very very faint haze after using water. And that was only a few minutes after I had drawn. So I am not going to leave the red marker out for the kids. There’s plenty of other colors so that’s good and the price was great.
Interesting- I just found out that on a white board, It is best not to erase the red marker with an eraser first because then a wet cloth doesn’t completely take away the faint hue. But if you use a wet cloth first it takes away all the red.

Great, but need more deep colors

I have used this brand for years and keep purchasing more because I like them so much! I just discovered this set with 2 colors on one pen! Yay! I already love that they have the magnets on them, this is even better!

My only qualm is that each pen (except for the one with red/black) has a deep color and a light color. I have yet to figure out WHAT anyone would use the light colors for in dry erase marking! Maybe I just don't do a whole lot of decorative use with my markers, but I really have no use for yellow, lime green, and the like. And I am DEEPLY disappointed that magenta and teal are both very faded/transparent. WHY? Who would WANT this? It makes it difficult to read anything written in them!

I have lined up the markers in the first pic to show the deep, bright colors on top vs the light, useless (to me) colors on the bottom. The second pic shows the actual markings of the colors in the order they are in in the first pic. The bottom colors (with the exception of black) are very light and almost transparent.

I am still quite happy with this set, there are many colors that are quite useful. But sad that there aren't more colors that are useable. OH, and the red and the orange are so close in color that they are nearly identical, so that's a bummer too. :(

As the kids have grown, we have used whiteboards (both handheld and wall mounted) in our homeschool more. And with little kids in the house, leaving a marker laying in the tray of the whiteboard is a bad idea. Thus, these are GREAT for us. Markers always at hand to make a list on the board, or practice spelling on the whiteboard, or demonstrate math solutions on the whileboard. But able to be placed high enough out of the day of the curious 2 yr old who will color the sofa!

Good bright colors! Caps stay on. Last a long time. The eraser tips are nice too though seem to fall out with use over time. Have bought more because they are so good!

These were a great buy. Multiple colors, magnetized, all have erasers on the caps and the boldness in color. Ive read a lot of the bad reviews and I'm honestly not seeing the same thing other people are going through. I'm attaching 3 pictures. 1. All the colors showing on my board with the marker next to it. They stayed magnetized in place without any sliding. 2. I erased them to show there was no staining or residue left behind. 3. The tip of tye marker was not to thin or thick. I honestly like it. Easy to wrote things out.
