The flavor, spices and texture are perfect! I like this size. The smaller size of most brands goes to fast.
One reviewer complained that it has guar gum and should have an allergy notice. Only 8 major allergens are required by law to be listed: milk, egg, fish, tree nuts, wheat peanuts and soybeans. Although Guar, or Cluster, beans are legumes and peanuts and soy beans are also legumes, there is no requirement to declare this ingredient on the product’s allergy list. Research shows allergies to Guar gum is very rare.
Note here also: the main ingredient in humus is chickpeas and chickpeas are legumes! According to the University of Manchester, People who have allergies to some legumes, especially lentils, are more likely to have allergies to chickpeas, therefor allergic to humus.

Cedar's makes a great hummus. It has perfect texture, just the right amount of subtle spices, and really good taste. Both the organic and standard are good, but in this case I tried the organic because it was on sale. You will like this hummus.

Great flavor, eat it all the time and a perfect mayo substitute. One time I forgot to put not substitutes on my order and received the roasted red pepper hummus. Was not looking forward to eating it but have to admit, that was delicious too. Pepper to hummus ratio was perfect. Peppers did not overpower the dish.

Bitter and otherwise flat-tasting. I tried to like it but gave up after a few days and threw the remainder away. My own hummus tastes of garlic, lemon, olive oil, snd a touch of tahini. The product being reviewed tastes of none of these except way too much tahini.

This is a great hummus. Tastes great. I got it as an alternative to the Amazon and Whole Foods brand hummus when it was out of stock, and at the time I got it, it was discounted, so I was extremely satisfied. I wouldn't pay the full price for it though (over $5), because the Amazon/Whole Foods one is really good and costs less.
