I have purchased almost 30 boxes of these coffee creamer (for office). I rarely find any bad or "empty" but it does happen. The shelve life on the is good, no special storage needed. Just keep from overheating or freezing.
I just received my next order and as you can see from the pictures something went wrong. There were a lot of empty ones that appear to have leaked. There were also a lot that you could see went bad, possibly case go overheated. I contacted Amazon and in minutes a replacement was on its way. Bad things happen in transit sometimes, don't judge on one order. Outstanding support from the gentle man I spoke with.
