I really like this Equal sweetner because it doesn't have an after taste like other sweetners . It can be used on fruit that needs just a touch more of sweetness . Example, I use it on strawberries, and melons and they don't have an after taste. This is a great product .

Aspartame is my artificial sweetener of choice. I have tried others and I actually tried to wipe the taste of swerve out of my mouth. Tasted like poison. Now don’t get me wrong, in a pinch I’ll use whatever is available to sweeten my cup of joe but my preference is aspartame under the equal brand. Everyone who uses artificial sweeteners has their preferences.

As a type 1 diabetic and a culinary professional (how unfair is that?) I try to balance using sugar in recipes with those I can cut successfully with artificial sweeteners.
Not all recipes work. In that case you just dial up the insulin and enjoy your treat.

This box was an enormous value compared to the grocery store. You can make dalgona coffee with it (overrated but novel and interesting) chocolate sorbet, fruit compote, and I use it in my 3 bean salad with good results. I don’t serve these to company but they are tasty items in my otherwise sad diabetic food life.

It's a big box full of Equal packets

What more is there to say? If you use Equal-brand artificial sweetener in the little blue packets, and you use enough of it to warrant buying it in bulk, then this is exactly what you're looking for. It's just a big cardboard box filled with loose packets of Equal. Nothing more; nothing less. And it's actually Equal-brand sweetener, not some generic off-brand. Supposedly there are 2,000 packets in the box; but, to be honest, I've never actually gone to the trouble of counting them all to make sure. But, suffice it to say, there are lots and lots of them. In fact, there are enough packets of Equal in the box to last me for about six months before I have to reorder; and I use a dozen or more packets of Equal every day. (I've been using Equal in my coffee for as long as I can remember; so it's the only sweetener that tastes right to me. And I drink a couple of pots of coffee per day on average. So I use a lot of Equal.) Anyway, if you're looking to buy a couple thousand packets of Equal, you've come to the right place.
