- What should I do if the earbuds can’t be charged?
For the problem of earbuds didn't charge, we kindly suggest you use toothpicks or a cleaning stick to gently clean the 2 contacts on earbuds from dust or wax and then rub them with clean napkins(better with alcohol). After you clean it, please place the earbuds in the charging case for 15 seconds to re-active them.
Warm Tips: Sometimes earbuds can’t be charged because of the USB-C cable, we suggest you use another USB-C cable to see if it isn't the problem of the cable.
- Why did the earbuds stops working?
There are 2 situations: 1. Bluetooth connection problem; 2. Charging problem.
In the first case, we recommend that you reset the earbuds, then delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device and reconnect "EarFun Free Pro".
In the second case, we kindly suggest you use a cleaning stick to gently clean out the metal-like contacts, and then please press both earbuds with forces to eliminate earbuds' loose contact with the charging case.
- Why is the volume of the two earbuds different, and the sound of one earbuds is getting smaller and smaller?
This most likely the caused by the blockage of the dust protective filter of the earbuds port, we suggest you cleaned dust using tissue or cleaning stick.
Warm Tips: In order to avoid this situation, we recommended that you clean the dust filter once 3-5 days.
- What should I do if the filter is off?
Don’t worry, we will reissue 2 pairs of new dust protective filters for you. The new protective filter is sticky, you don't need to use extra glue. You only need to use tweezers to remove the protective filter and stick it on the earphones.
- Why are earbuds still playing music in the charging case, without disconnecting?
It may be the reason for the loose contact of the earbuds and charging case, we would suggest you press both earbuds several times, then cover the charging case and let both earbuds stand for 1 minute.

I have very noisy work surroundings and wanted buds specifically for work. The ANC...everyone can hear me clearly. I've not had any complaints. No more 'What?' 'Say that again.' Broooo that is so aggravating, especially since I don't like repeating myself. You have to make sure they're snug as a bug in your ears though.
The battery life is the best I've ever experienced. I can do 80-ish percent of an 8 hour shift with 1 bud, not having to charge it. Ive talked on the phone 4 hours straight and it held its own. With listening to music, I've done a 6 hour shift with 1 bud. No recharging during these times.
An added bonus: THE BASS 🤯 Yoo it's craaazy. I read about it and thought it can't be that great. The people are NOT lying. I couldn't believe how BASS the bass is. For real. It's deep. It's top notch.
They come with ear hooks (and a charging cord and other ear snuggies). I didn't know what the hooks were for or how to use them at first. But they're to aid in keeping the buds snug. They do the job. I bend the hook and push the bud in at an angle and the hook hooks in the part of my ear that's beside my ear hole. (I didn't know how else to describe it 🤷🏽♀️)
The connectivity: 👌🏽 I feel like I'm able to walk a decent ways away from my phone and they stay connected. I'm bad at guesstimating but the manual says (I think) 49 feet without objects being in the midst and you'll still be able to hear.
Oh- I also don't feel like they're overly touch sensitive. I've had ones that I barely brush the touch area and they hang up. The controls for music and phone use aren't complicated either, which is good for my memory 🤭
I'm soo happy I found these. I had an issue with the first pair and contacted their customer service. They're A-1. I'm all around pleased. I'll definitely purchase another pair when these kick the bucket (hopefully that won't be any time soon 😂).

My over-the-ear headphones have always been Bose. Partly because I used to fly a lot and enjoyed the noise cancelation, and the quality of music. I've owned two pair of Crapple Air Pods, but after the last set stopped working (and I drove over one Air Pod) I decided to spend less money and picked up another cheaper pair on Amazon. ($69.99) Those lasted about a year and then for some reason, I could no longer pair the left earbud, so I went back to Amazon and ran across these, the reviews were very complimentary, so I pulled the trigger.
Here's some of the music I ran through and my thoughts.
- Starry Eye Surprise (Paul Oakenfold mix). Bass reverberating through my head? Check. Strong mids? Check.
I think the highs may suffer a little - not much though.
- Hazy Bones (Cut One) sounded marvelous, and in all fairness, I was bouncing between these and my Bose Quiet Comfort 3's. '70-'80s Asia and Boston though were nice and clear. Impressively so.
- Calvin Harris - a variety of songs, really just amazing quality.
- Hank Jr. (variety of songs) - clean, crisp, and no criticism whatsoever
- Asia - Van Halen (DLR singing) and Eruption just hammered it.
- Audiobooks: Sound great. Zero criticism.
In terms of other usage notes:
- Comfort. My last set of earbuds had a hard time staying in my ear. At least the left one. No matter what soft gel cup I tried, it would not say secure. That's irritating. With the earfun, I ran with the soft gels that came on the earbuds and they fit both ears perfectly. I'm using the ear loop that came out of box. It's really a very ingenious AND comfortable design.
- "Low vis" design: These earbuds are not bulky, they fit nicely into the ear, and I can bend my head over, left or right, and they stay nice and secure. I've worn them from 100% charged to "low battery alert" and experienced zero discomfort. I slept with the left one in my ear, sleeping on my left side, and experienced no discomfort, even after 5 whopping hours of sleep.
- Appearance: These are very slick-looking earbuds, I could not be happier.
My one complaint: Alas, I do have one somewhat negative comment. Either due to my strapping strong hands or case design, I have a hard time getting the earbuds out of the case. That's it.
In terms of run time, I listened to one earbud for about 4-5 hours, all an audiobook. Swapped to the other earbud when those needed a charge and it was charged fairly quickly. Honestly, unless these induce some kind of embolism, I think they may very well be the best BT earbuds I've had the pleasure of cramming in my earholes and I could not recommend them more highly.
Unless you are a person who habitually writes negative reviews, I believe with 100% certainty that you will not be disappointed with this purchase. Even with my fumbling fingers, I am more than happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to buy these for a family member who is in need of quality earbuds.

First of all the only issue I have is the stock ear tips weren't great for me - I'd recommend some 3rd party ones, but there's plenty of cheap options there and it's something I'd recommend for most earphones to be honest.
On to the ANC then and to be honest it's not the best I've heard by some way - it's just not strong enough compared to other (more expensive sets) but it's fair to say it does the job just about well enough. Call quality could be better too, again it's not the best I've heard.
If that all sounds a little negative so far then it's not - these really do sound amazing for the price with the dual drivers kicking out a perfect balance of sound quality with enough low end to satisfy all your bass needs without sounding boomy or distorted. They are sweat and waterproof and really light and easy to wear. In short they are a real dream to wear. The problem I have now is I have 3 pairs of Earfun earphones, and I just don't know if I prefer these to the Air Pros or not.
In summary then this is another great pair of Earfun earbuds. This is the 4th pair they've released and every single one has been really great sounding and excellent value for money, and these are no different and quite possibly the best of the range so far.

Out of the box they don't feel like a budget product, the packaging is nicely designed, and it includes a range of different inserts for ears of all sizes, making it easy for both my partner and I to get a comfortable fit to try them out despite wildly different ear sizes!
The sound quality, especially for something with a 6.1mm driver, is surprisingly good with low distortion at loud volume levels and good dynamic range with good levels of low frequency bass and crisp higher frequencies.
They charge via USB-C (cable included) or by simply sitting on a wireless charging pad, such as that you probably already use to charge your phone, and there's a status indicator on the outside of the case so you know when they're charged. The case also contains a battery pack so when you're out and about and put the earbuds into the case they will charge without being connected to power. The case can recharge them three times between its own charges.
The latency is around 200ms which is fine for music, can can be reduced to 100ms in low latency mode at the cost of a slightly reduced range. I found with the normal latency I could comfortably walk about the room, and even into the next room, when paired to my MacBook Pro.
If I was to find a couple of negatives, the microphones do pick up a lot of external noise if you're using them for handsfree audio on a call, but I still prefer a headset with a proper boom mic for calls so that's not an issue for me (only wanted these for listening to music or podcasts whilst walking) and the ANC isn't as impressive as some others I've seen, but that's likely due to the lack of passive noise attenuation as they're small earbuds.
Overall these are excellent and their price belies their performance.

The earbuds come securely boxed, equipped with a robust charging pod, USB charging cable and 4 different sizes of silicone buds/tips which should suit the sizing requirements of everyone.
I've road-tested them outside walking/running and they sat perfectly in-ear, not bothering me once, which was a major plus point compared to my previous wired earphones, which would tug and fall out constantly regardless of which type I used.
From the box, the earbuds took two hours to charge to 100% battery capacity and pairing them to my phone was simple.
Having never used wireless earphones before, getting used to the touch control took 5 minutes or so of getting used to, but the instructions were simple and clear and the buds respond very well to the touch commands. One tap changes the volume either up (Right bud) or down (Left bud), two taps will either play or pause, and three taps will skip to your next song/video/episode. TIP: Taps need to be light and rapid in succession in order to work most effectively
Battery life seems fine so far, and the charging case is nice and compact for transportation and should keep the earbuds secure.
It's definitely a thumbs-up from me on these.

Starting with how they sound and frequency response, Samsung Adapt Sound (Samsung's proprietary equaliser that measures your hearing of the entire frequency spectrum so any shortcomings due to either the listener or earphone native response can be equalised out) shows a good level across the frequency spectrum with some emphasis through the mids.
I found however the high frequency energy polite to a fault, tamed a little too much and robbing the music of some of its life. The energy and uplifting quality of cymbals in tracks like Shimmy Shimmy Ya (El Michels Affair) is rather lost. I often have a problem with way too bright Chinese earphones but these seem to have gone the opposite way; even boosting up the treble with an equaliser didn't remedy the treble dullness.
Given the hype around the sound of the FIIL T1 range I found this shortcoming very surprising, however it seems that the Earfun has been tuned slightly differently.
Nevertheless, it delivers a well balanced and extended sound overall - not too bass heavy or mid recessed - with sub bass rumble and beautifully clear and natural vocals, though not as clear as say the $10 VE Monk plus wired earbud sound value kings.
My Amazon profile's YouTube channel has a recording of the sound you can expect to hear compared to other Bluetooth true wireless stereo buds.
Functionally, comfort and fit was excellent with a confidence inspiring level of security in the ear achieved without one noticing the buds let alone any discomfort. Connectivity was flawless whether used as a pair or individually however (a) track skip requires no less than a triple tap which is too much tapping and quite intrusive and (b) there is no track skip backwards which really should not have been sacrificed, especially since the effect of the noise cancelling is only marginal to the extent that a well sealing earbud tip would achieve the same level.
Cosmetically, the logo was upside down on the left bud when in the ear (quality control issue) and the buds are tricky to lever out of their charging box where they are at least securely held.
In short a competent earbud let down by dulled treble handling, questionable touch control format and weak active noise cancelling.

As regards to the sound it's not bad for Bluetooth, lot's of bass and not bad mids and highs, volume is OK there maybe the odd occasion when you want to max out the volume and I think it gets plenty loud. Touch controls are excellent and control everything, except previous track, there's a passthrough mode which works OK as well if you want to hear stuff around you.
All in all I think these are fine for the price.
