Meh, even though Val Kilmer fan

I've liked most of Val Kilmer's movies. This one.... flashbacks, flash-forwards, flash-sideways, split screen....... Was LSD part of the screen-writing process?

Feels like most of the movie takes place around a park. Constant, repetitive views of the lake in the center of the park. That lake has 3 water fountains. There are lots of geese and ducks. And ducklings. And a trail with joggers and people walking dogs. After a phone call (lots and lots of phone calls) someone feels we need to watch the fountains. Or a duck. Or maybe a goose as a dog goes by. After the 73rd cut to water spraying into the air, I stopped the movie.

I like the shooting. I like the hidden passageway. I don't really know what is in the case but he carries it all over the place and never turns loose of it. All the while he is negotiating the exchange he is on and off the phone with different women trying to get together with one or the other.

A lot of talking on the phone in the park

A good movie. A criminal meets a child in the park and he tries to be a good parent ,to the child. He ends up paying a man 1000.00 to buy the kid ice cream and comic books and talk to him, since he knows,he will be going away, to hide or live , because he has just stolen money. So, he is a good person, trying to give up crime, go back to his former wife and be a good grandfather.

Action-laced storyline with very little actual action.

The film was entertaining, and had potential to mean something. The common threads that wove an emotional connection were scantier towards the ending... like a party that has ended with everyone passed out... they spent too much time filming in Echo Park... which, overall, left me with the feeling that this meandering adventure was scripted far too much, and not enough ground was travelled by the director in search of spontaneity and human discovery.

This is a Typical Prime Movie

Val Kilmer you should be ashamed of yourself. While most of the actors in these shameful offerings are unknowns, you sir have fans. I no longer number myself as one of those. I won't go on and vent simply because you aren't worth my time.

The people that use the f word so much do so since they have a very limited vocabulary. This is the only way they know to express themselves. They must have an I Q something very close to 50

hated it....

This movie was painful to watch. It was boring and stupid. Very low budget but I guess Val Kilmer can't get work since "Heat". Could not even finish the movie. Terrible Movie....
