This is pretty generic, low-cost toothpaste. It has fluoride and, really, no other special ingredients. Pretty low-abrasive, not excessively foaming. No hydrogen peroxide or baking soda or Novamin, etc, but if you just want to brush your teeth effectively . . . it's pretty good.

The package does say "whitening," and it is . . . to the same extent as any regular toothpaste. It doesn't contain special bleaching agents or any horrible abrasives. Probably for the best.
