I got this bath bomb kit for my wife and she really enjoyed it! She and her girlfriend got together one afternoon and decided to make these bath bombs together. They cleared the dining table and got right to work!
The kit was nice because it came with the perfect proportion of all the necessary ingredients and there was even leftover essential oils. Who doesn't love essential oils?!
The only tricky thing about it was understanding the mould process of making the bath bombs. It comes with one stainless steel spherical mould, but it takes about 30 minutes to harden at best. So what do you do??
Because the kit calls you to make all the bath bombs at once, you are inclined to go with the cupcake mould, which is basically to use those little paper cupcake moulds for baking and place the mixture inside. It's really convenient to use a muffin baking sheet in order to keep every thing contained and less of a mess.
The cupcake molds turned out really well and we're convenient for transporting. Plus the looked like little cupcakes!
It was fun to watch them dissolve in the water, making all the fizz, and I noticed my wife's skin was extra soft after she got out of the tub.
Not only did she enjoy making these with her friend, but she has enjoyed using them and giving a few away as gifts. My wife likes taking baths and it definitely makes bath time more enjoyable with one of these! Plus I think she likes it even more because she made it herself!

We made these, and they came out great. We just used cupcake liners and didn’t try to make them into balls with the mold. It made a lot more than 12. I bought powdered color like they use in fun runs. Next time I’d just use food coloring. The only thing I needed was coconut oil. I just heated a glass of water in the microwave until the glass was hot. Poured out the water and spooned solidified coconut oil i had in the cup and stirred until it melted. Then measured five tablespoons.

For what you pay, you’d hope the packaging would be up to par.

So for the amount of money you pay you would hope that the packaging would be up to par. However when this was delivered the whole package smelled of peppermint, which come to find out as because the peppermint oil was opened and leaked in the box. Not to mention the lime oil was completely empty. Not very happy about that since this was not a cheap kit. I included pictures, the 1st side by side (with the peppermint oil on the right side) shows the amount of peppermint oil that was wasted. Then a close up of the line bottle, not a single drop of oil left. There should have been a way to package the oils a bit better to avoid any leaking, it would’ve been a great kit otherwise.

Great starter kit! I thought I got the one with oils but no oils were in this box. They could improve their packaging. When the box arrived it was leaking white powder. The picture shows the inside of the box. I did have to use my own baking soda bc there wasn’t enough due to the amount in the box, in the shipping box, and everywhere else. But that was minor. Kids loved it and it was super easy!

This item deserves a negative star in terms of packaging, the box label doesn’t match the contents in the box. The label says it contains moulds but there is none in the box or the kit in my box is a different kit-the one with lesser oils and no moulds.
This isn’t even giftable! How can a person make batch bombs without moulds in their kit when their kit says moulds are included?! Plus, the essential oils are incomplete!
This item deserves a negative rating for value for money. I paid for a kit with moulds and more oils but didn’t receive what I paid for! The item isn’t eligible for refunds or returns. What a total rip off!!!!
Thus, buy at your own risk!
