Primary issues is that I have utilized the DaVinci Hazelnut product for years. I did NOT like the producer's cost reduction by replacing the glass bottle with plastic. I do NOT like such liquid products in plastic.
Second, and serious issue is the that the producers has initiated another cost reduction by almost eliminating any hazelnut in the hazelnut syrup.. I just purchased a case with four (4) separate 25.4 OZ of supposed hazelnut syrup and all of the plastic bottle are basically filled with sugar water. I cannot taste the hazelnut, but the magnitude of sugar content is overwhelming.
Third, issue is that the website on the label is bogus. The consumer cannot make direct contact with the producer, yet the producer wants to continually "cost reduce their produce, sell poorer quality produce at a greater price, and NOT have any direct contact with the buyers of their produce?? Oh, YES indeed. That is an excellent marketing and sales plan to grow your business. SAR! :-(

If, like me, you wanted the blue bag mocha freeze, if you loved THAT formula, be aware it’s not the same. Seems to be from the same company (CaffeD’Amore) and both upc stickers say DaVinci, but they’ve changed it. Haven’t opened it yet so I can’t vouch for taste but the ingredient list is a little different. And I expect with the change they may have altered sourcing for the “natural” ingredients and flavors. I’ve attached pics. I’ll update my stars if necessary once I’ve had time to try it a few times. I’m hoping it’s close enough that I don’t have to fiddle with it too much. Mine has a recent manufacturing date and a generous expiration date. So for now I’m going with an optimistic 3 stars. Here’s hoping! 🤞Update: Went up a star but should be 1 and 1/2! Very very close to the older version! Approved! 👍🏻😊
