I Go Through So Much of This Gum, Freshens Breath, & Keeps Me From Snacking Too

I go through anywhere from a few sticks to 2/3 a pack in a day, especially while busy at work. I chew it after meals to help get stuff off my teeth, and keep my breath fresh. I seriously don't know if it is equivalent to brushing, but it sure helps make it feel clean and fresh, and helps me get rid of some stuck stuff :) . But I also use it to help with cravings to snack. I just pop in a stick of gum and it helps me for a while. Sometimes I tire of it quickly, and a short time later I grab another. I end up using a lot more near the end of the day at work.I personally really like the Peppermint, Wintergreen, and Spearmint flavors. The flavor lasts long enough. And it has no sugar. I certainly would not want to keep sugar-based gum on my teeth this much :) . I really like these large square packs because they are a good value, and they fit easily in my drawer at work, and in the pantry at home.

I personally really like the Peppermint, Wintergreen, and Spearmint flavors. The flavor lasts long enough. And it has no sugar. I certainly would not want to keep sugar-based gum on my teeth this much :) . I really like these large square packs because they are a good value, and they fit easily in my drawer at work, and in the pantry at home.
