Barely glows

These covers hardly glow at all. Extremely disappointing, that's the sole reason I got them. I had another brand for my previous generation remote, and it glowed SO brightly all night long. So, I know it's possible. These are just poor quality.

Not so glow in the dark

I had this remote jacket put on the FireStick 4K remote. It was easy to put it on. However, one of my main intentions (apart from having a SHOCK Absorber cover for the remote - in case of a drop), is to be able to locate it in a dark room like my Home Theater Room, during a show. The Firestick remote, being small, often slips into corners or crevices of the sofa cushions. I was hoping, with this jacket on, it will glow and thus can easily be located. But this jacket, although, claiming to be made of a "glow-in-the dark" material, actually hardly glows unless you expose it to something like black (UV) light for a long period of time. Even after that, it glows for few minutes and then looses all the glow and become an ordinary piece of rubberized remote cover. Therefore, if glow in the dark is your desire look elsewhere. Giving three star for fast shipping and otherwise a durable product - so far.

I like the white cover but ultimately chose this one for the glow in the dark feature. It doesn’t glow when turning off the lights after just being in a room with normal lighting conditions. I had to shine my phone flashlight or hold it right up to a lamp in order to get it to glow. Three stars only because I wanted it to glow and it wouldn’t. But overall, it’s a quality cover and makes the remote not slide, get stuck between cushions, or blend into blankets or whatnot. I’d buy it again for sure but just not a glow in the dark one.

Firestick (3d Gen) Remote condom

There are two silicone remote control protectors (blue and green), that are easily installed like a condom. They perfectly fit the Firestick Remote Controls with cut outs that allow access to all the buttons and IR sensor. What appealed to me is that they glow in the dark! Just a few minutes under a lamp and they glowed well into the evening. No more flipping on the lights searching for the remote at bedtime. Plus Protection when the remote inevitably drops to the floor. These protectors are easy to put on and off when changing the battery.

Not bad, but material too thick

The material has a nice feel and I like the color. The cutouts for the buttons are all in the correct place and the fit is good. But the material is too thick and the buttons sit too low. Makes hitting certain buttons like the power button and smaller round buttons difficult. We will probably look for a replacement once more manufacturers make sleeves for the newer fire stick remote, but we will use this one for now.

It fits the fire tv stick 3rd gen remote snugly. I wouldn’t say it is made of high-quality silicone. Personally, I think it costs too high for what it is, but it gets the job done.

Update: The loop where you attach the lanyard is ripped after normal 3-4 days of use. Deducting one more star.
Update2: Does not glow in the dark. Nothing like shown in the picture. Deducting one more star.

I like this cover it makes it very easy to find and to identify. It fits the remote very well. It allows for easy access to all the control buttons. One comment regarding the access to the control buttons is that several of them are below the cover so you have to make a concerted effort to press the button. That does make it more difficult, but it helps to prevent mistaken pressing. I do recommend this for protective cover.
