2 cups almond milk unsweetened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tblsp Erythritol or monk fruit powder sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract
That’s the ice cream recipe if anyone wants it..
I add chocolate chips in my bowl and this mint flavor cause not everyone here likes mint

Loved the flavor and the price point, especially for it being an organic product. Because it was so inexpensive, I thought it would be watered down, but the mint really comes through. I added this to a chocolate cake mix as well as some cream cheese frosting (about 1.5tsp each) and it made for a splendid mint chocolate chip birthday cake. A little goes a long way, so I have plenty for cupcakes, mojitos, lemonade, etc.

I love this stuff! I use it all the time for mint green smoothies. I used the alcohol based extracts in the past and it was always hard to get enough mint flavor without getting a chemical flavor too. I was a little weirded out about putting oil in my smoothie but you can't notice it. Also I prefer the mint blend as opposed to a straight peppermint flavor. It's definitely worth trying :)

I got this to make my own mint shakes. This extract, quality ice cream that only has milk, cream and sugar, and some simple syrup if you want to be as sweet as the shake that is purchased pre-made. If you want it less sweet skip the simple syrup. If you want it to mimic the shake add a few drops of green food coloring. .
