There was no safety seal on the product. I have purchased the same product in stores and it has a safety seal. I am not comfortable using it because of this. I don't know if it has been tampered with or if it is just plain fake. Without a factory seal, it is useless. Waste of money as I will not be using it.

I’ve struggled with acne ever since a teen. I’m 27 now but still have crazy bad breakouts that make me so insecure. I’ve tried all the face washes, creams, meds and nothing actually worked. I bought this on whim based on a little bit of research. I have stopped using all other products (face wash/acne cream). I do use acne dots for under the skin zits. After soaking cotton pad with this micellar water, rinsing my face, and moisturizing, I don’t touch it again. The results I have seen in my four days of use rival anything I’ve ever seen. My skin isn’t perfect. But the blemishes have all shrunk/flattened and are healing by the day. I also have started using this product as I am about to start my period (when my skin is at its worst) and am THRILLED with the results. Fingers crossed it continues.

Stench of MOLD ! I’m extremely sensitive to smells so as soon as I used it for the first time and smelled it I thought it was just me, so I didn’t say a word and went to my husband (who never smells anything) and asked if he liked my new face cleaner he recoiled and said “OMG, it smells like mold “, my son also was curious and he got within a foot of me and said mom , you better wash that off. The. Title was perfectly clear and no contaminants were seen . I washed it off and used my Clarisonic and another astringent and sat in the sun but it took all three things for the smell to go away. I had heard and read such wonderful things about this stuff ...NEVER again .

I have hypersensitive skin, large pores, unbalanced sebum production, and battled with difficult/harrowing acne most of my life. I did my due diligence and researched micellar water and checked the score card of this particular product over on the EWG site. The rating is 1 (the safest score a product can receive without getting EWG approved) so I was happy to try it! I have gone through countless cleansers and face products dermatologists prescribed and I bought and emptied all the popular recommendations like CeraVe, Cetaphil, Neutrogena, etc. I even went as far as making my own natural/homemade diy concoctions to find relief for my clogged pores. Nothing, I mean nothing (other than luckily my hormones are balanced and my diet is mainly whole unprocessed foods) than this Micellar water has worked for my troubled face.
The other types (waterproof, hydrating, brightening, and mattifying) from what I recall have received a higher number (like a 2) than the original formula on the EWG site. I don't seem to have the need to try them out since this formula is the gentle, yet thorough solution I've been searching for since middle school. This particular formula cleans my pores, wipes up dead skin, any overproduction of sebum, and make up without stripping my protective oil barrier or taking out my eyelashes. I feel that my face is balanced and fresh without the drying/tight feeling I would get from astringent agents, like from toners or witch hazel. It is also the first cleansing product that doesn't make me rush to spritz rose water or slather on serum or deep moisturizers to replenish the oil I took off the surface. I enjoy taking the time after washing my face to let my pores breathe before applying serums etc.
***I will add to please try out the reusable cotton pads, it's such a waste to continuously use throw away cotton balls and such, plus the ones that this company sells are super luxuriant and they never leave any cotton fibers on my face!
Short review: The one and only cleanser my sensitive, combo/dry/unbalanced, acne prone face will ever use from here on out!

I have extremely sensitive skin because I use prescription acne medication so all my skincare is gentle and fragrance free. I love using this to remove my makeup after work. This is perfect for taking off eye makeup. Saturate a cotton pad and soak the eye area. You don't even have to rub. A minute of soaking really helps remove stubborn mascara and eyeliner. I then follow up with a oil cleaner to get all the gunk off my face.

Advice to people with sensitive skin is ALWAYS WASH MICELLAR WATER OFF. IT CONTAINS LOW LEVELS OF SURFACTANTS AND PRESERVATIVES THAT CAN IRRITATE THE SKIN. It's not pure water as companies may want you to believe. With that being said, it can be a lot less irritating than traditional eye makeup remove than leaves an oily film on the skin and really needs to be scrubbed off.

This is awesome stuff, seriously I hate washing my face in the winter because my faucet takes 10 minutes for the water to turn warm (we have old pipes in our building) so washing it with cold water sucks in winter. Yeah this stuff saves me from doing that plus it really does take your makeup off. I don't wear tons of makeup maybe that's why it works well. Also washing my face with hard water of Los Angles is not good for the skin either.

I'm a make-up artist and have used numerous make-up removers, this is the worst. It doesn't remove the simplest of make-up, don't even try waterproof make-up, I have to rub and rub and use more than one cotton make-up pad, and yet I wake up in the morning with make-up still around my eyes. It leaves this film on your face that you can feel, no way I could not wash my face afterwards. My everyday face wash does a better job at removing my make-up than this product.

How are they making money off this? It's literally magic water in a HUGE quantity that cleanses and tones my face PERFECTLY (I have oily skin with occasional breakouts and i wear waterproof mascara that I usually wrestle with to remove). I don't understand how they are even making money - the value is just huge. I am used to paying 10-15 dollars for a bottle half the size. In hindsight, every other cleanser and makeup remover was a waste of money. The value is just INSANE. I would pay double the price happily.

I like this brand for almost all their products so I purchased this one without hesitation when my previous bottle of makeup remover was used up. It came very fast but the result was very disappointed. The amount of makeup it removed from my face is visibly way much smaller than the one I used before (in a different brand), I had to use very large amount of this lotion and double the amount of the cotton pads I normally use to completely remove the foundation on my face. Now I understand why the bottle is such big!! It cost my $$ on buying more cotton pads and I had to wipe very hard. With my first cotton pad, it barely remove anything, I have to soak the cotton pad and do so and do it multiple times. This makes the makeup removal looooooooooooots more work and frustrations. I definitely not recommend you buy it, unless, you'd like to use it like water to wash your face.

I had to Scrub a little to clean my liner with the other one I needed only to do a couple of wipes. So
