Here's how to be successful:
Follow the directions or you'll struggle and plan time between steps to nearly freeze the dough. When it says refrigerate dough for 1-3 hours, do 2-3. It is easier to handle. Rolling it between buttered sheets of cling wrap, it still stuck, so back in the freezer for 20min. Should've done longer, like 45min to an hour. It started sticking to plastic and instead of putting it back in freezer, I persevered. So they're ugly. But tasty. Use dental floss to cut the rolled dough. A knife would've never worked. Heated oven to 170 then shut it off, turned light on and in about an hour they had doubled in size. Then just turned on the oven and baked them. From turning on oven to warm up to 350, (I did not take them out for warm up), total bake time was 15min.
