This is the same product that we know and love but in mini form. If you’re expecting the standard 1 lb, this is actually half that at 8 oz. Since this comes in a 6 box set, basically you’re getting the equivalent of 3 standard boxes. What’s not so great is that you can get a 1lb box at Target for 79¢, so this product is way overpriced. I bought it in a hurry and didn’t do my research. 🙁

The price of this 3-pack of baking soda was high even when I thought I was getting the regular 32 oz boxes. But when they arrived and I saw they are tiny, 8-oz boxes. That makes the cost astronomical and ridiculous. But "this item is not eligible for return." So I am stuck with miniature boxes of overpriced baking soda. Shame on me for opting for the convenience of home delivery.

It's the hands down the BEST explosion of white stuff that ever graced your carpet! I sprinkle the baking soda around daintily on my carpet until it looks like a car filled with snow crashed and exploded onto my carpet. I let it sit for an hour (or 10 depending on if I forget that I did it and how ADD I am that day).

Then I vacuum this up with the SECOND BEST white thing that ever graced my carpet - my shark vacuum.

It gets the smell out of everything, including the THIRD BEST explosion of white stuff that has ever graced your carpet!

I've got a dog as well and she sheds like it's her freakin day job. This gets the dog smell right out as if you had just vacuumed your dog right up out of the room. I also throw one in the fridge because I don't need all of my food smelling like regret and forgotten leftovers. Do yourself a favor get some of this baking soda in your life.

Absolutely magical.

Too small for a photo. My own fault. Why would anyone even begin to expect the size of these boxes of baking soda to be the typical “in your cabinet for making cookies and in your fridge for absorbing smells” size? Right. No one who reads the item description. …. but me? I found out the hard way. Each box is the size of a baseball card. Ok. A three dimensional baseball card. About an inch deep. I’ll take a picture. No wait. The box - is a little more squat and a bit wider than a deck of playing cards. Not your average size box of arm and hammer baking soda.
Such a surprise. You, of course, will read. This is more a warning than a review because it’s quite an impressive dupe for an unimpressive dope like me.

Other than that, it’s baking soda. Just enough to get the alkalinity down in a 10,000 gallon above ground pool maybe 3 or 4 times. Simply toss three little boxes in the floater thing and catch the dissolving cardboard before it floats away. Or make cookies.

I misread. I was under the impression that each box in the pack of (3) was 8oz each! I wasted my money - $7.99 on this purchase as I believed to have been receiving a bargain. I will not be ordering this item again from Amazon - as I will be returning it!!

The Baking soda arrived very quickly and in good condition. Thank you.

My husband and I used the baking soda to clean our silver serving utensils. (We found the cleaning DYI online where you use aluminum foil and baking soda and boiling water. BTW: This DYI worked extremely well. We were VERY happy with the results.)We were attempting to use some less toxic (and less expensive and more environmentally friendly) ways to clean.

Next time we order baking soda we will attempt to order the larger "normal" sized boxes of baking soda instead of the tiny 8 ounce boxes only because we hope to make use of the more natural baking soda soda cleaning solutions in other applications around our home and believe we will be using much larger quantities in the future. For smaller applications these cute little boxes would be great for most people.

We will be recycling the carboard boxes into our cardboard items recycling bin. To also reduce our carbon foot print.

The one hopeful (idealistic) suggestion I would make for the company mailing out this good product is a request that they (along with the rest of us) push for a way to mail products without using plastic mailers. I am learning that ALL plastics are terrible for our environment. If I hear of (or if you hear of) a better alternative please let us all know. Are plant fiber alternative plastics (that can be composted) a possibility?

However they are smaller than the containers i can buy art my local suppermarket for a 3rd of the price. These are way overpriced. Shame on you!

Baking soda is a very good product. If you have enough to use. Not in this tiny container. Its useless, No not happy at all.
