Prints 100 Pages so you better buy a handful

HP does an Instant Ink program which is great is you only print 50-100 pages/mon. But the minute you need to print a few hundred in one go you will run out of ink and be waiting 5-10 days for replacement cartridges. So then you have to hop on Amazon to purchase replacements and you get about 100 pages before it runs out again. The picture shows the amount of ink used on those 100 pages (hint hint not much ink per page) Anyway, just wanted to let people know that you need to buy 2-3 of these cartridges if you have a larger print job and you want to get it finished in one go. This review is for the black cartridge but same issue with the color one. I'd say even worse because I only printed around 30 full color pages before it was half empty. I do like the Instant Ink program and it does work well for minimal print needs. The only downside is that you can't pre-order ink early if you know you are about to do a larger print job, you just have to bite the bullet and spend extra money to buy cartridges for those one off jobs.
