Safflower oil must be healthy; I felt great and lost a lot of weight!
Going back on this to cut down the pounds.
Another thing I realized; most mayo contains a lot of soy oil. Soy (non-fermented) causes many health problems, especially blocking iron, other nutrients, impairs the thyroid, causes estrogen problems; the list is so long!
I am afraid to even try the fermented now. A well known natural doctors says; Asians true diet in their countries; they use only the fermented soy and just 2 teaspoons day, maybe skip some days. They don't use it as a protein or main food source.
I threw all my other soy based mayo away.
