Hamdard Rooh Afza has Natural and Herbal Ingredients in it like Sugar, Distillate of Fragrant Screw pine, Distillate of Rose, Citric Acid, F.D & C Red 40, Sodium Benzoate as a Preservative, Xanthan gum & Aqua Distillate
Rooh Afza syrup is generally served mixed with cold milk and ice; the closest Western equivalent is strawberry milk. Rooh Afza is often prepared as part of Iftar (the evening meal for breaking the fast or roza), during Ramadan (the holy month of fasting for Muslims). The concentrate can also be mixed with water, which is a common preparation in the hot Indian summer. When mixed with water, the final drink is a type of sharbat. Rooh Afza syrup is often mixed with Kulfi ice cream and vermice

Ultimately, it will leave the aftertaste of any sugary drink/food. I'm giving this four stars because the serving suggestion leads many people to use too much and ruin the drink for themselves -- otherwise it's a solid 5/5.
- With limeade (lemonade but with limes) and a touch of extra sugar
- With plain ol' milk and nothing else
- With milk and seltzer (or another soda) as an additive to "doodh soda" -- look that up
- As an ice cream topping
- As an ingredient, or as itself, in a dessert sauce
- With tea
- With sprite or ginger ale

Taste is amazing. Not very sugary not very sweet, perfectly balanced and natural. Earlier I've ordered Dabur sarbat e azam mistakenly anad it was a crap. It (dabur) smelled too chemically strong and had too much sugar in it, I had to throw it away (remaining 500ml). But rooh afza is amazing. 5/5 for taste and smell.
The delivery cost is too damn high. 190 rupees for delivery and shipment?? Its not even a glass bottle and there was no fancy packaging. Just a plastic wrap packaging! Are you serious guys?
Only because of this I may not be ordering it again.
I see there are lot of hate comments here regarding this product being Pakistani made. People should stop complaining about the product and should see the info carefully before buying. Stop being so dumb. Don't want to buy Pakistani product just don't buy it and stop crying in the review section.
