Best price and quality I’ve found. I’m on my 10th jar - it’s on auto-ship. Coconut oil is the single most useful item I’ve ever purchased!!

Tip: buy disposable cocktail forks from dollar store to scoop it - to keep from contaminating the whole jar by sticking your fingers in it. The fork will fit inside this jar with the lid sealed. Spoons were too cumbersome for me bc it’s usually more solid. Slides off the fork easily - without me ever touching the fork.

I keep one in the bathroom for lotion, oil pulling, conditioning my hair, and for cleaning off eye makeup. Used to shave with it until it stopped up the drain.

One in the kitchen for cooking and eating a spoonful here and there for health benefits. Although I have found that refined is better for instances where you don’t want food to taste like coconut! I love refined in eggs and oatmeal!! But can’t add it at night because it gives you energy and you won’t be able to sleep.

This is virgin, not extra virgin, so the coconut smell and taste is not as strong, but it's there. Very good quality oil. If you want super coconut aroma get extra virgin cold pressed. This grade is perfect for most, and still has all the good qualities. Way better than Wal-Mart processed stuff.

This is still cold pressed and virgin. Would buy again.
