I use this on fish and to make coleslaw

Shred cabbage, spray olive oil and toss. You want to just have a "sheen" from the oil.
Shake the malt vinegar on a bit at a time and taste until satisfied
Keep track of the vinegar used so you can recreate it again.
No need to add sugar like the recipes on line using white vinegar.
If you add too much vinegar, add a couple of sprays of olive oil.
You might have to experiment a few times as your taste buds get use to it but I find it very tasty and simple.
There might be better out there but I have used this for years and never knew they had it by the gsllon
