I love my new Roku TV! I am still learning about all the features it offers. Apparently the Roku is built in (i mention this because i didn't know that when i purchased the TV) The remote is a whole new concept in TV viewing. I have my desktop computer hooked up to the HDMI connection, the DVD connected, my TV ears connected, and my Mohu Leaf antenna (that I highly recommend if you cut ties with cable) connected. I get so much free stuff to watch! I'm not a gamer so I can't tell you anything about that. I do play spider solitaire on a downsized computer screen on the TV. In my opinion Hisense is a quality TV and I got mine when the price was still relatively low. I get a lot more stations (live streaming?) than I ever got with a plain smart TV! I'm a happy camper and I highly recommend this TV!

They have it so easy to set these things up nowadays. Plug it in, follow the directions and there you have it I was watching TV 45 minutes after it was delivered. Beautiful picture and sound.

I love the TV, but the remote is pretty wimpy. It’s the same remote (or similar to) the remote we use in the bedroom for the Roku connected to a Panasonic Plasma screen that’s over fifteen years old. Television is perfect. The remote, not so much. It’ll pass, but we’ll probably add a universal remote to replace it and add it to our arsenal. That cost will be added to the overall cost of this television and it’s less than par remote. We’ll remember this and will know better when we begin looking for televisions to replace the older one in the bedroom. We’re also disappointed that there’s no other way to introduce audio to our home theatre system without purchasing a third party piece of equipment that will change the digital audio output to RCA inputs. I know it seems like older technology, but the television doesn’t even provide any Bluetooth capabilities to use a third party device we already have. We will absolutely do more research when it’s time to upgrade the plasma screen in the bedroom. We'll have a similar issue there.

Update: We chose to purchase a Roku Voice Remote that works great with our new television. We’d prefer using a keypad, but this works. We’ll probably still go a different route when we replace the plasma screen in the bedroom.

At the time of writing this, I've been using this tv for almost 3 weeks. It was delivered sooner than Amazon projected, and the packaging was protective, yet easy to open to inspect the unit for damage without having to pull tv out of the box (upper section of box slides off for this purpose). *Many places in the handling & installation instructions remind you to not squeeze the edges of the frame/unit. Since the screen goes to the edges, it is delicate. Support it from underneath & the sides without squeezing.

Initial setup was very easy & intuitive with no frustrating steps for me. We all have different degrees of technical savvy, I'm probably in the lower middle range of that spectrum. Overly complex setup processes bother me greatly! I followed the paper manual and online process as I went step by step.

I find the picture quality to be outstanding. I'm not someone who needs 6 million pixels per inch to feel like I'm getting a high quality picture. It's visually exceptional if you're an average viewer like me. I've had no issue with motion blur. The remote is a simple Roku remote, the same as a Roku stick setup I have on another tv. It has minimal buttons & has voice control.

I purchased a Polk sound bar to pair with it and used the ARC outlet port to the soundbar. During setup, the tv asks what is connected to it. I selected sound bar for that port, and it immediately controlled the soundbar's power & volume. There were no further steps to get it to link video & audio. The sound bar itself has adjustments to fine tune syncing the two, but I have not had to adjust this at all.

This model is not a top of the line model. Even within the Hisense lineup, there are higher end options. I consider the value of what I paid for the quality of the product to be excellent!
