One of the best shows ever!

This is one of the best shows I've ever seen. Every character is memorable in their own way and the music is great. Oderus & Dee Snider absolutely kill it in every scene their in. The laugh track does take a little time to get used to but you'll adjust. Of course the show isn't for everyone so do your homework before you purchase. Just hate to see negative reviews from people that this show isn't for. All and all it's well worth a purchase if you like horror and metal. Cheers!🍻

Bought both series on a whim not knowing anything about them except that Dave Brockie And Dee Snider we’re in it. Little did I know that this, dare I say it, sitcom was more than just a comedy but in fact a loving Homage to horror as well! The show runners and stars are both brilliant filmmakers playing bad filmmakers, Dee Snider is their boss, Laura Ortiz is brilliant as the Joe’s Girlfriend, Corri English is great as Adam’s ex and their dynamic provides some of the best scenes in the series! Then you add in Dave Brockie playing Oderous Urongus, his alter ego from GWAR, as Adam’s imaginary friend that lives in his Closet! Anytime Oderous is on screen he steals the show! If you’re looking for an oddball, yet short lived, series I highly recommend this.

Adam Green and the Crew back again

The second season of this awsome show holliston is definitely much better than the first season. Lots of laughs, cameos, storyplots and horror fun. You can only hope there will be a season 3 but finish this season then google information to know why there prolly won't be a season 3. Adam Green is an amazing director and writter.

The quality of the show may even surpass the first season - a feat not easily accomplished in the land of TV

Many shows fall into what they call the "sophomore slump" in their second season, but this, my friends, does not. The quality of the show may even surpass the first season - a feat not easily accomplished in the land of TV. Holliston is bigger, funnier, and better than ever. I feel like if the show was picked up by a network that knew what it had to offer and appreciated what the show is trying to do, that it would still be running today.

Holliston is an 80s horror film lovers sitcom dream come true!
Verified purchase
I became a big fan of Adam Green after watching his Scary Sleepover series. I was impressed by his sense of humor and he just seems like a guy who grew up loving monster stuff as much as I did. I think he creates movies that are very much like the great 80's horror flicks I loved as a kid.

When I found Holliston I was sold from episode 1. I could totally relate to the whole idea of having a dream to create a great horror film. I think the comic timing is perfect and you can tell it's all done very tongue in cheek. But after watching Season 2 I can honestly say it is even better! It's worth it for the hilarious Danielle Harris episode alone!

This is a great sitcom and one that I hope will go on and on. If you liked season 1 or absolutely love old school horror you have to pick this up!

Hysterical. Even better than Season 1

I thoroughly enjoyed every episode.
The last joke we ever get to see Oderus make on screen is possibly the best joke he's ever made (it's just sad that it's the last time we'll ever see him on the show. R.I.P. Dave Brockie).

I'm not really good at giving detailed reviews without spoilers.
But I can tell you, that if you liked season 1, you'll love season 2.
And you haven't watched season 1 yet, GET ON IT!!
