Great inspirational and drama movie about a mother, who lost her husband years ago at war, is now smothering her teenaged daughter because she is over shielding her from any harm. But, when her daughter falls for a young soldier at a nearby base, she does everything she can to try and ruin the relationship. But, when he saves her daughter from a severe car crash, the mother mellows.

Unfortunately, when the soldier goes overseas into combat, it is reported right before Christmas that he is killed. All of the daughter's family and friends are extremely broken hearted, till Christmas Day, the solder knocks on the door and is alive because of a miss identification error.

Bring your cry towels with you as this is one of the best of Catherine Bell's movies.

It all begins with a young woman meeting a young soldier. Overprotective mother doesn't want her daughter to get involved with this soldier because of her own experiences. When the soldier's name is announced that he gave the "ultimate" sacrifice, the mother realizes her daughter needs to hold onto that love she shared with her soldier. Will this mother learn from her own heartbreak and begin to open to love? Will Lindsey see her soldier again? Will this be a Christmas that people will never forget? Is the soldier alive?

It has my favorite actress Catherine Bell and I have pretty much loved all the projects she has been in. This movie is about learning how to hold on a little tight but also learning to let go. It has two romances going on at the same time but one does not detract from the other. It has a very emotional ending. I would recommend a box of Kleenex standing nearby. Just in case there's a lot of dust in your area.

I love these movies. NO spoilers, here, just a reminder that this is something the, entire, family can sit down and watch.
Rent or BUY it. I'm a keeper . . . movie-wise.

This movie ranks in my top 10 of Hallmark movies. A young woman falls in love with a soldier at the base located in her town. That is all I will say. I don't want to ruin it for you.

It's a great movie, loved it. Just wish we could download it to our files being that it's been purchased. If there's a way to do this I'd like to find out.

I am so excited that I was able to get this movie it is so major good that get some tissues because it is so freaking good....
