Don’t ship in a large roomy box with heavier items.

I am giving the product itself five stars because there is nothing wrong with the crackers themselves. The product is fine. The crackers taste just fine they are exactly what they’re supposed to be. The problem with this particular order is not the seller it’s the shipper and I didn’t have any other way to put this out there. I ordered this six pack of crackers with three bags of nuts. The problem is there was plenty of room in the box for the items to move all around. There was absolutely no packing in the box therefore the crackers just got jumbled around for the whole trip among three bags of nuts. These are six packages of crackers in paper wrapped in cellophane. The pictures show what I got out of just two worst packages. I did get a total of 9 whole crackers out of these two packages. All of the packages have some broken crackers. I can feel them. Again no problem with the seller or the item it’s with the way they were shipped.

These are the most amazing crackers ever. They arrived in great shape and are nice and crisp and fresh. Perfect for toppings or just eating plain. I love them with soups and chili, and also with cheese or flavored cool whip. They are mild enough to pair with both sweet and savory foods, and PERFECT to help settle your stomach when you are such or nauseated. Every pregnant woman needs these in her cabinet.

If you grew up eating brittle English crackers like these, as I did, then there's no substitute. I have to buy these. They are much drier than what you can find in a US supermarket, and don't have the sweet or salty flavours of American's find in the 'cracker' aisle. Though these are my single favourite foodstuff I can understand how newcomers would find the eating experience similar to biting into woodchip: that's part of the pleasure though, crushing up flakes of Jacob's crackers with cheese is an intense mouth pleasure (it is!)

Anyway, these things aren't healthy, so I can't recommend aquiring the taste: if you're already addicted then you don't have any choice - you must buy Jacob's. But if you are familiar with American 'crackers' then I'd recommend steering clear of this and buying Ritz or something.

I love the taste - not dominant, but complementary to whatever I put on them. I use peanut butter or cheese, and I love that it's a larger cracker. I'll definitely order more.

There is nothing like the original Jacob's Cream Crackers. I had them in India years ago. Before that I didn't even know that they existed and no amount of hunting for dry, very simple, not too salty crackers in the US led me to finding this one of a kind taste. Until I spotted them on Amazon. These are kind of unique in that they are an almost too bland set of crackers that have almost no salty taste. This is great for two reasons: one is that you don't quite have the craving you get from eating salty things so it's easy to eat just one or two, the other is that they carry the taste and flavor of anything you put on top beautifully. I have had this topped with butter, several types of cheese and jam. Makes a very quick and filling snack that's great with a perfect cup of coffee (or tea if you prefer). I'm so glad that now I can reorder them from Amazon whenever I need more. Please don't stop carrying them.

I love these crackers. I love them plain. I love them with Pickle. I love them with cheese. But I especially love them with cheese and pickle!! Sometimes for a change, I love them with salad cream and Cheddar. Even my Cat loves them. (He eats all the bits that break off then gets a half, to share with The Other One, when I'm done.) I order these all the time and I haven't had any problems with being stale or broken. I stopped buying a single 6-pack and now order 2-6's at a time.
