We have 3 kids 6 and under. They all love these shelves and toy box. It’s great to sit on and they can curl up on the cushions! The only downside about the cubbie holes is that they are irregularly shaped and it’s near impossible to find bins for storage to fit them!

This is just what I was looking for. As noted it is kid sized. I did not have trouble fitting my son's board books and toys in the compartments and the seat is the right size for a child. The construction was pretty easy but one of the scree locks wouldn't catch and broke part of the particleboard but it still looks and works fine. For the price and knowing I'm. It buying a real wood item - the quality is what I'd expect and want.

We got this yesterday and I love it! My boys love it too ( they are 2 & 4)! Its a perfect little seat for them to sit and read books or play on their leap pads. The shelving boxes are a little smaller then I expected but fit the height of most of their books. Larger books fit on the top shelves. We filled the cubbies with books, puzzles and games. It was very easy to put this together. I did it myself in about 20 minutes or so. The only negative is my boys keep fighting over the seat!
