This is the flagship of all mouses. Even with the new MX mouses coming out, I'm really like the polygon shape on the thumb rest of this mouse. It just looks so cool and different and it's one of my favorite features of this mouse not to mention how cool the gold accents are and how smooth this mouse is to use. I've had this mouse now for about two years and I can honestly say it is one of my favorite parts about sitting down at my desk every day. If you are on a computer a lot using your mouse for example video editing or graphic design work you owe yourself to get a really good mouse. I promise it will make your work much more enjoyable.

I was not expecting to enjoy this thing as much as I do. I got it since I was tired of having to deal with corded mice while traveling. I take my laptop, Bluetooth headphones, and this mouse to school every day. the only cord I need to manage is a charging cord for the laptop. I charged the mouse the second I got it and have been using it every day for a month and the battery is still full. I download the Logitech software so I could adjust the sensitivity.
The mouse connects directly to my computer. I don't need the little adapter it came with.
I love all the buttons on it. I don't really use the vertical scroll but every other button is awesome. I saw some complain about how the back and forwards buttons are hard to press. I say it takes some getting used too. but they are fine. by far my favorite button is the mode button. I can switch between all my virtual desktops with ease. this button is a time saver. This mouse is the ultimate productive tool.

I purchased this mouse because it was highly recommended for power Excel users. It has many shortcut Excel features that I am still learning. It feels good to hold and the battery lasts for weeks. It comes with a charging cable that is long enough to use with the mouse if the battery is too weak to use by itself. However, I receive a battery low message in sufficient time to charge it before my next use. I have enjoyed this mouse so much at home, I bought one for work too.

The extra gesture button has infinate uses when combined with the Logitech Options Software. I found things to use it for that I never even knew I needed. I can't imagine going back to a normal mouse after using this one.

I’ve bought many mice in this price range over the years and this is easily the best of all of them. I had no issues whatsoever with this mouse after hundreds of hours of use, I still have it but use another Logitech now, and it still works as well as the day I bought it. Very comfortable in the hand, battery life is great even after who knows how many countless charges, and most importantly the buttons hold up to extensive and aggressive use. Logitech is an excellent brand, and you will not regret buying any of their products. They will always be worth their price or better.

I upgraded to the MX Master when my Logitech Performance MX finally died after 6 years of use. I absolutely love my new MX Master. It’s not as heavy as the Performance MX was but definitely solid and sturdy. I have big hands and they rest comfortably around the mouse. The horizontal scroll wheel and added button functionality is icing on the cake. Responsiveness is great. Definitely worth the investment.

In most reviews I read this was the one to get if I didn't have an Apple Mouse. I would say the old adage is true from Magnum PI. A client went out and asked several Private Investigator agencies on Hawaii, who was the best PI. They all said themselves first and Magnum was second. Which led me here. Great mouse. Speaking as a designer and artist who works mainly in Adobe and currently on an 27 inch iMac. <3

A great ergonomic mouse. The extra buttons and scroll wheel comes in handy often. My only gripe was the weight of the thing. Pretty chunky little mouse.

I've had my copy for about 4-5 years now. Still works fine, but the colour and plastic has worn significantly.

La bateria en un promedio de muchisimo uso diario me dura 3 dias, si no puede estar por semanas en standby o en espera. Por lo mismo me termine comprando otro y uso los dos al mismo tiempo el logitec G502.

Thumb wheel not working with PPT 2013-2016, nowhere to store usb receiver

Although this is a nice looking mouse. The thumb wheel does not work for a LOT of Office programs like PPT for example. I do a lot of creation in PPT and I bought this mouse to help me be more productive. After installing Logitech options and searching through forums, I do not see any fix anywhere, and many people seem to be in the same situation as I am. I think this should be mentionned before buying. If Logi can find a fix I will change my review and stars.

Edit 1 : I've noticed now that there is no where to store the usb receiver ... getting worse by the day. Changed to 1 stars, again will change if there's a fix

Edit 2 : I've found a fix for Excel and Word, PPT still not working. Waiting for new from Logitech support

Edit 3 : No support from Logitech, horrible service...really not sure how to do ... I upgraded to PPT 2016 instead and the thumb wheel still not work ... so depressed I really love the mouse but that's the only thing not working ...

Great mouse if, like me, you like a big, ergonomic, heavy mouse. The design is very classy. There's a dedicated (reprogrammable) button to switch from a clicky wheel, to a free-spinning one. I actually use this as I like both. Left and right clicks are somewhat noisy, but do provide a satisfying click, again, something I like. Back/forward are not in the way. I have a clumsy friend who use to hit back on the mouse I had before, situation is way better. Ohh and the thumb button is such a nice touch. Rechargeable battery that last for about a month and has an hardware indicator is also great. You can also use it while plugged, but a couple of minutes buys you a couple of hours anyway. It plugs on either the logitech unifying something something, or bluetooth and you get to set it for 3 devices. With the unifier, reception is actually good!

The stuff that bothers me: The thumb side scroll is lazy. It seems to work on its own time, as if it was going to sleep. I don't use it all that much, but it's not ideal nonetheless.

I know, it's knit-picking, but at that price, I want everything thrown in, including the kitchen sink. Overall, I love it, and hope it will last for a couple years before I have to buy it again.
