The flavor lasts 30 seconds. There must be too much sorbitol in it since on the package it's listed as the first ingredient. it also has xylitol. I just couldn't understand why I was having so much(painful) gas and when I Googled causes of gas. I found out that sorbitol is a major culprit. I have used other gums that contain it but never had a problem. I was chewing it after eating to prevent acid reflux because of the baking soda in it. The cure was worse than the disease. 🤔

I used it when I had GERD - didn't eat for several hours prior to going to bed, but could chew some of this gum to provide saliva to coat the stomach at night. Worked great for me and sped up the healing. Also great to have on hand after a meal or just something to chew between meals instead of sugary snacks.

Exactly what I wanted. Most conventional gum has aspartame and/or BHT (read:cancer) in it. I don’t want either of those.

This gym has good flavors that lasts a while. The texture is good. I like that the ingredients are good for your teeth in case I can’t get to a toothbrush.

Vitamins are a bad idea

As other reviewers have noted, this product contains vitamins A, C, and E. This is a really bad idea, especially the vitamin A. It is not healthy to overdose on vitamin A.

The good news is that you really have to pound down a lot of vitamin A to injure yourself. But consider that this product sells to health conscious people. Such people are likely to take vitamin pills already, and so any additional dose is redundant at best.

I am disappointed. I have been looking for gum containing baking soda for a while. Following some scary comments from my dentist, I would like to apply the baking soda every time I eat fresh fruit or other acidic foods. For me, this is many times per day. I can find no other chewing gum that contains a significant amount of baking soda.
