For over a year I have seen the quality go down. These fall apart too easily. I used to love these rice cakes. I still like the texture very much. But I don't like the fact that they fall apart so easily. Many cakes you can't even get out of the package in one piece. They just crumble. If I wanted puffed rice, I would buy cereal. I want rice cakes!
I hope that they improve the production of these someday soon, or I will have to change brands.

I have now removed these from my subscribe and save and moved them from 2 stars to one. I will be switching brands. The last bunch that cam in were more crumbly than the previous. The box was in tact, no damage. The worst of them was not the top or the bottom, where they would be most vulnerable to damage. Middle ones, ones in the top and bottom third! (first photo)
Added to that, today I bit into one and found a shell of a hazelnut! Was someone snacking while in production? I nearly chipped a tooth! (second photo)
Sorry boys, you are off my purchase list now. If you ever improve production, let me know.
