With the way the three pods are solidly set in line across, they do not reach the water flowing down the side walls of the bowl. My toilet bowl is curved/rounded. These pods only touch the walls on the very tip of the ends so the majority of the pods are never reached by the water and do not add anything to cleaning the bowl. Also, the hanger is a soft rubber coiled thing. Due to it's short length, over half of the circumference of my bowl wouldn't allow any part of these cleaners to reach the wall. They would hang in open space. A poor design and pretty much useless.

We normally purchase the dark blue Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner, but our local Walmart and also Amazon did not have them in stock, so we settled for the Atlantic Fresh scent. It is nice, but we prefer the dark blue Lysol one better.

Worthless blue stain generating ugly plastic

I put one of these in my toilet. The toilet was just cleaned and scrubbed. At first, like 10 flushes it did nothing. It does not sit properly in the toilet to receive the water to dissolve the blue crystal. Then it started to leave a wide, 5 inch wide, blue stain along the bowl of my toilet to the water, yet the water was NOT blue. There are still bacteria stains wherever the blue stains are not present. You can barely smell it too. I usually love Lysol products, but to call this a blue piece of crap would be an understatement. Although, for being crap, it resides in the correct bowl.

Hangar not long enough to meet water

Hangar not long enough to meet water, and the long line of plastic doesn't get wet along the inner side of the toilet because I have a compact, water saving, small bowl. This should be made obvious with a warning such as, "does not fit all bowls." Also, the hangar is cheap, just a thread of plastic bent twice, not allowing for any adjustment.

I'd return this if I hadn't already dipped one in the bowl while trying to find a way to get it wet when it flushes. Besides, what a bother rtng sm stuff like this.

Causes a blue stain in my toilet

Honestly, I'm not sure if it really keeps my toilet clean. I guess it seems fresher. That might have to do with the scent though. That smells nice. I have a sensitive nose and it's not nauseating. It was a bit annoying to put on. I assumed the hook/clip thing that goes on your toilet bowl would hug the bowl tightly, but it does not. I don't know if that's just because of the shape of my bowl, but I'm pretty sure mine is pretty standard. Consequently, it always seems to stick out a bit and it's not snug so the whole thing moves around on the bowl depending on if I bump into it or not. Finally, I noticed an inch below where the piece sits in the bowl, I end up with a blue stain. I had to scrub a little to get it out the first couple of days. Overall, the thought that it keeps my toilet bowl clean is nice, but I don't think I'll waste money on it again.

Doesn't fit commode

I reviewed the attach instructions. These did not fit either my elongated Kohler toilet bowl nor the American Standard round in the kids bathroom. While they hang on the edge, the units do not meet the water line, about an 1" short. We have regular flush toilets, not water conserve, and the 3-5 seconds during flush are not enough to release the cleaner. Although the "freshening" sure does smell up the bathroom and surrounding hall, etc.

Only order if you can safely attach under the rim of the toilet bowl, just under your seat! Not meant for inside tank! Good product, IF it fits your toilet. I have one brand new toilet and one 15+ yr. old toilet, neitherwere able to fit on the rims of toilet. Too weak on the plastic fitting & not wide enough to attach to old or new toilet. The rims have to be skinny & this product was unable to extend enough, nor strong enough to hold. This is just on my systems. This product would be a great addition, IF it fits your bottom rim!

We have a tankless toilet. I noticed black mold starting in my toilet after my bored EJ’s moved in with me, so I googled it. My boyfriend has diabetes and apparently the excess sugar in his pee makes the black mold grow, how fun! But we don’t have a tank to put a bleach bomb in, so got this. We had to rig it with wire around the actual seat to get it to stay on, but it functions and has kept the black mold at bay for a couple weeks between thorough toilet bowl cleans so we’re happy. Wish it was Uncented tho.
