A bike tool kit is one of the things that one day you may realize that you need and regret not having it. Like when you hit your bike while biking somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Bottom line - you may want to get one before you get the realization that you need it (don't ask how I know).
This is my second bike tool kit, the first one was gifted to me by a kind friend after said accident. This one comes with the basic tools you need to fix a flat, a mini pump and a bike multi-tool. The multi-tool is very convenient to have around and worked pretty well for the couple of things I used it for. What makes the difference in this kit though is the pump. I used to commute by bike (over 10 miles each way), and having a pump gives you peace of mind - back in the day, I used to keep a pump in the office, just in case (never needed it, but...) The pump provided seems well-constructed and should be adequate for emergencies. However, it also makes the kit significantly larger than similar kits that don't have a pump.
Which gets me to my problem with this kit: it is supposed to fit under the seat, which would have been a great place for it *if* there is enough space between where your seat is and the frame. With me being 5'2", this is not the case for my bike - I would probably need to be around 5'4" for that bag to fit. Plus, even if I could fit it there, the bag would have been hiding the reflector / back light on that particular bike. It's not the end of the world though, there are other options where to fit it on the bike, even though they are not as nice - a back rack might be one (and that bike does need a different back light anyway).
So, really nice collection of tools, and a good-looking bag, but take a look at your seat to decide if there is a roughly 3"-4" space between the seat and the frame to fit this bag. And if you decide you want it, maybe also stick some first aid stuff in it too...

This pouch of portable bike repair tools fits perfectly on my mountain bike, under the seat. The fit is secure and comes with almost everything you need for mobile repair. Bag is big enough to hold an extra inner tube and some other items. The adapter for Schrader / Presto valve step fits ingeniously on the pump, however, it could be easily lost.

This is the kit you want to have but never use! The tool quality isn't the best but it should work in a pinch. Should have everything you need to help you out in an emergency. The bag is easy to mount and stays put. Easy to get all the tools out and just as importantly it's easy to get everything back in!

This fit great under my Respio seat on my road bike. I put in an extra inter-tube for rides and replaced the included wheel pry bars. The included ones are okay, but they aren't very thick, and I feared they would break. The included pump is okay but it doesn't have a gauge. I mean it's fine if you just need your wheel filled enough to get home. I don't think I'll be able to get 105 PSI with it. The multitool is great, and there's just enough room to add a Cliff bar in case I need it.

I do not really know what the rating on this will be, as I have not had to use it as of yet. Everything in the kit looks to be of good quality, but the real test is when you are out on your bike with a flat tire.
