exactly what I was looking for

I wasn't sure how close this would come to the real thing but I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it in my milk and cereal and it tasted exactly like the real thing. I believe it's got a bit of alcohol in the formulation so don't go overboard with the stuff as a little goes a long way. This is definitely not the artificial tasting flavoring that are used in desserts and medicines of yesteryear.

I saw quite a few makers for similar products of varying prices and, I imagine, quality .. but personally, the price and quality for this particular brand suits me just fine.

Well, growing up I just knew of the common extracts, cinnamon, vanilla, etc. Discover this extract when a young lady doing Keto was making banana nut waffles w/o all of the regular ingredients. I would have to say this did not disappoint to replace the bananas. It tasted great.
