McCormick Smoked Paprika is made from smoking and drying sweet peppers to produce a paprika with distinctive flavor. It adds delicious depth to Spanish dishes, like paella, as well as meats, potatoes, sauces and stews. Our Smoked Paprika blends full flavor and rich color with a hint of smoke. Sprinkle on scrambled eggs or tomato soup, or rub onto chicken, fish or pork. It adds smoky intensity to seasoning rubs for heartier cuts of meat for roasting or grilling. Get creative and add this irresistible smoky-sweet taste to chili, sweet potatoes, beans, roasted vegetables and meatless dishes. Paprika is a very mild form of hot pepper. The smoked version is an upgrade to paprika your mom used. Worth the trouble to find it. Easier to find in the grocery store than it used to be, but we ran out near Thanksgiving and we’re having trouble finding it in stock locally.
